Remarks

Could functiom better with a transparent team. The infrastructure is top class while the rules and regulations may seem a little out of place. The staff too are not equipped to deal with an instituition of national importance.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum is vast and covers a wide range of subjects. Each subject is however dealt with in a shallow manner. Semester system is followed with 2 internal assessments, one mid sem exam and a final end semester exam. There are overall 10 semesters.

Placement Experience

1.5

The placement cell has just strated functioning. Internships are to be chosen by the student and no involvement is shown by the college or faculty. However once admitted for internship, the college keeps close checks and guides the offices.

College Events

2.5

Since it is a national college, all festivals of national as well as regional importance are celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal. Partial funds are provided by the college while the rest is collected from amongst the students. Festivals celebrated include Onam Diwali durga puja ganesh chathurthi sankranti holi etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible with a lot of scholarships from the central as well as the state government. The fees are also lower for the reservation candidates irrespective of their financial background. The students admitted through the DASA scheme hoqever has a higher fee.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

No scholarships or discounts are provided on behalf of the college. However hlbank loans can be availed via a certificate issued from the college and extensions may be provided to the student in special cases.

Campus Life

4.5

Extracurricular activities are not upto the mark. However the students make constant effort to improve the state of affairs in the college. The student council has been suspended and the election system has been disabled.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel. The facilities and infrastructure are one of the best in the city of Vijayawada. The design was opted through a competition and has become a landmark in the city. There is limited WiFi, bearable mess and retricted entry timings.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumini network is just for name skae as of now with no proper committee or meetings happening. However, the senior students and alumni have been helpful to the stidents in sharing knowledge , job opportunities and internship recommendations.

Admission

Clear Jee Mains Paper 2 and NATA. The admission process is through allotment via central government through josaa based on all india rank. At each allotment stage, you can choose to float, slide or freeze your option according to your preferred college.

Faculty

2

Facilities are from different parts of the country. Some of them are an asset to the college with immense knowledge and experience. The visiting faculty belong to the top class in the country. They should be given regular training.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is very sensitive field. It's just not a design but a combination of various subjects at once. You should learn cyology behind designing spaces for different people ...lot of measurements and planning goes behind a built form ..this things made me think about pursuing career in this field. Curriculum of this college works well and prepares for real world applications too One thing which I felt to add is the subject Computer Application can be in 2nd or 3rd sem rather than 4th so that we can start early to learn softwares

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is robust, offering ample opportunities to enhance creativity and skills. While the teaching quality is mixed, it balances out during the overall evaluation process. Some instructors excel in their teaching methods, while others are satisfactory. Assessments are held twice per semester, with mid-term evaluations and end-of-semester examinations. However, the exam schedule can be challenging, as tests are frequently scheduled back-to-back.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really am interested in building designing and the aesthetics of the construction. I wanted to choose a career which gave me the opportunity to showcase my talents and interests. The faculty are a little less compared to the student ratio. The term exams are a little difficult to be honest I myself had failed in one of them but if you go through the syllabus ahead and understand the topic you might crack them without any failure.
