Course Curriculum Overview

5

This course is professional and requires a lot of attention, there are few things which I feel like are unnecessary but yet at times they are necessary.the exam timings are perfect enough to finish the paper and the difficulty level is medium

Internships Opportunities

1

They don't offer any internship, instead students have to search for internship programs.many students go to different places for their internships even to countries like Japan , Dubai , Australia and many more

Fees and Financial Aid

The total year fee payment for sc and st category is 1,16,000 which includes the mess, tution and tution fee the breakdown is as follows 38000 is mess fee for whole year for students of all the category and 30000 is for hostels and the remaining is 68000 for tuitions. For general category students the mess and the tution fee is the same but the tution fee is 95000.There are scholarships for the reservation category students in the first year itself but no scholarship for the general category students . The tution fee includes all expenses in the course.

Campus Life

5

There are many festivals celebrated in the campus actually all the festivals except Christmas because there are winter vacation, they even have college event , and many more events, there are active events like every 3rd or 2nd day , there aresime 15 to 16 clubs , which is very nice for social and cultural life , the campus life is very nice , there are a lot of sports events

Hostel Facilities

3

They provide an almirah a bed table and chair , there are single sharing rooms starts only in the 3rd year , for 1st and 2nd year there are double shared rooms , the hostel registration is done only after the dee payment through SBI e collect , the hostel facilities are also descent, the mess food is also ok ok like quality wise it's bad , menu is good

Admission

This college is ranked at 7 at nirf ranking and is a pretty good government college with lot of facilities and one can join this college only if they have 99+ percentile unless ur from the reserved category and the addmission is only through jossa and csab , the cutoff's are very High

Faculty

4

The faculties are very approachable, u can get a good guidance and , there are many faculties to clear the doubts , example in design studios there are around 10 faculties for 100 students that means the ratio is 1:10, which is a great thing , the exams are very easy if the concepts are clear

Course Curriculum Overview:

The semester is 6 months long but you complete the semester in 4 months itself. Due to Covid the academic circulum hot disturbed. They added 2- months of summer internship basically you don't have summer holidays. If you like the subjects you don't feel stress throught the semester you may feel stress during submissions

Course Curriculum Overview:

I basically opted because it's no MPC tho there's a little maths it's still manageable because it is school level. It does prepare well for the real world but I wish it doesn't only stick traditionality but also international since graduated students can't directly intern in foreign countries unless they do masters over there. Design exams are 5hrs and others are 3hrs. You might find it difficult if you didn't do research on the respective topic otherwise you're always good to go. Frequency is moderate for exams. I wish faculty is kire about what to bring in a student rather than leaving us to figure out on our own and giving a hand full of time than less time and more work

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements after they finish their 5th year or during the 10th semester. Students have to go on internships for one semester mandatorily in their fourth year which is the 7th semester for which they get stipend of around 10-15k for a duration of 6 months. The average package offered by the placements is somewhere around 3-4 lakhs per annum but then again is depends on the work of the student and their potential.
