Ans. The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture is mandatory for admission to first year B.Arch. course for all architectural institutions in the country. It shall be mandatory for every architectural institution imparting 5-year B.Arch. degree course in the country to join the NATA and to admit students on the basis of valid NATA marks in the said course.

Students can work in any Architectural Consultancies on Part-time based or as Freelance based to get real-time work experience as well as earning handsome amounts while learning without deviating from their studies. Ans. The test consists of 2 papers:

Part A: 120 marks

• Mathematics - Q20 X 2 = 40 marks (online)
• General Aptitude Q40 X 2 = 80 Marks (online)
• Duration of Test: First 90 minutes

Part B: 80 marks 

• Drawings - Q2 X 40 = 80 Marks (paper based)
• Duration of Test: Last 90 minutes
