Positive is that the college provides good faculty and they provide good curriculum and meets the standard level that a IIIT must have. And the placement was average here. You can come out of the campus and stay positive. Negatives are you cannot enjoy college life, there were no proper/adequate facilities. And the strength was low so you could get less support from people.

This course curriculum follows the standard courses for CS which includes research development and also basic core CS course. From the 1st sem till last sem the course was similar to that of IIT course. The mentor for this college was NIT surathkal initially, so it follows the similar course structure. And the exam pattern was internal test which was a part of final grade and mid test which was in mid October for fall sem and was in mid March for even sem. And the end sem which was 50% weight age for the final grade.

As this college was established in 2015 the first batch was passed out in the year 2019 and the placements were average. It was not that good for an institute like IIIT have. The average package was 6 lakh. And at present the placements were good for the 2nd batch. The average package was 8-9 lakhs. Our college doesn't provide internships yet.

The college was established recently and the campus was transit which was 20 km far from the main campus which was in construction and will be completed by mid 2020. So there were only few cultural events celebrated in our college. We have celebrated ethnic day for almost 300 students and also sports festivals. This section in our college gets bad rating.

Feasible for our batch which was 56k per semester. I was in 3rd year at present and will be passing out from this college in 2021. The present 1st year batch was paying 80k for the semester which was expensive for them as we and they were getting the same facilities and the facilities which was provided by this college was not good. It was feasible for the amount we pay, but not the students who pay 80k or above.

The college doesn't offer any scholarship sadly. This was poor from our college. Atleast the best thing was they provide the way which one can apply for central government or state government schemes. The college help to apply outside in order to get the scholarship. In terms of loan facility our college collaborate with the SBI dharwad branch and they provide us the loan till 8lakhs with out any security and also with a minimal interest.

The labs were good and we have access to lab any time and can work and day even on Sunday. As we don't have campus at present so we use BVB college's ground and we have Permission to play there. Our college doesn't provide extracurricular activities at its best. We rarely have sport events, fests and cultural events.

We actually reside in a private hostel which was rented by our college. The hostel was good in terms of cleanliness and surroundings. The rooms were neat and the facilities was not bad. They provide 24/7 electricity but few power cuts some days and they provide hot water facility using the solar panel and they provide Wifi with a max link speed of 50Mbps. They provide sanitary water facility and was good with the fee we provide for the hostel and food accommodation. We pay 38,000.

Seniors and the students who do masters in our college were helpful. The best thing was they don't show seniority and were helpful in hard times. And out college network was good and were united together when face any difficulty.

You need to appear in jee mains exams, based on cut off marks and rank, one can get admission in this college. one need to apply for josaa councilling and has to fill the interested colleges list according to his rank and based on the opening and closing rank one will be acquainted admission in this college.

The college provides a good faculty for students who have ample knowledge with respect to research work of that particular course and the eligibility for the faculty must be Ph.D for any national institutes. So thus providing the experience in research field as well.
