Remarks

Positive remark about the college is that atmosphere and the quality of teaching. Other positive remark is that support given by the faculty members. Negatives about the college is that management doesn’t provide enough support for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum based on APJ Abdul kalam university.under this university whole kerala engineering college comes under. Consist of 8 semesters and credit system. Based on the credit there is year back. Exam are conducted at the end of each semester and with internal mark of 50.

Placement Experience

In our there is a placement cell which provides the job opportunities for students. There is on drive placements and offline placements are provided by the placement cell. Students are able to start their from the college placement cell itself.

College Events

There are many technical and non technical events. Technical events such as Astra, tesseract, IEEE conferences and many other events. Non technical events such as inter college competitions, sargam and other cultural frsts.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure consist of tuition fees, exam fees, hostel fees, bus fees and other special charges. Fee structure is feasible for middle class family. Fees should be paid at the beginning of the semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are provided by the college for the students needed financial support and for the students having good marks and having good rank in the entrance exam. Loan faculties are also provided by the college

Campus Life

College have well maintained labs and playgrounds. All basic requirements are provided by the college. A lab with highly experienced lab technicians. At a time 30 students can attend the same experiment.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni cell of the college is very active. Different talks are conducted by the alumni to share their students experiences and help the student to build their dreams. Once in a year there is also alumni meetings.

Admission

After after my 12th graduation. I appeared for kerala entrance exam, based on the rank got from the examination. I applied for management seat in our college through online.After that they sort out by their criteria.

Faculty

Our college consist of around 200 faculty member with highly educated and well experienced. When comes to our mechanical department around 40 faculties and other staff members.Mostly of them are done there phd in IIT.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

My options were SJCET and AJCE. Now both are autonomous, when i was there to join a student commit suicide and my friend was already a student who pursuing ece and said dont ever come to the hell.
