Remarks

There are many positives which I can think of now but the only Negative that I think is the high intake of students here which is increasing day by day. Hence I think that degrades the quality of students admitted.

Course Curriculum Overview

In our college, there are two internal exams called CAT and one final exam called FAT. So overall in a semester, there are 3 exams in total. Apart from semester exams, there are various digital assignments that we need to complete within a stipulated deadline.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities provided in our college are excellent for streams like CSE, IT, ECE. While for other branches, there is stiff competition as core companies coming here are less compared to the software companies and start-up.

College Events

We have gravitas celebrated every year in our college which is a sort of demonstration of technical events by various clubs and chapters. There is also a prestigious event called RIVERA where many celebrities are invited.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible for good students as they also provide scholarships. Here in our college, there are many categories under which students are admitted like category 1,2,3. Students are admitted according to their ranks in VITEEE.

Fees and Financial Aid

We can get scholarships via the ranks that we achieve in the VITEEE exam. The amount which we get every year depends upon the rank that we get in the Vit entrance exam. There is also a scheme for STAR students where students from financially weaker sections in Tamil Nadu are given free education.

Campus Life

Apart from academics, students who are interested in sports can easily take part in sports that they are interested in. There are many teams here like cricket, football, basketball, etc. These are some of which I am aware of.

Alumni/Alumna

Making contacts with some good seniors can prove to be a boon and make your life easier in Vit. They can also guide you through your placement time which I think is very essential for anyone who aspires to get a good placement.

Admission

First things first, we need to apply for the VITEEE entrance exam and opt for the desired examination center. Then we will receive a hall ticket that we need to take with us to the examination hall. The test consists of 120 marks without any Negative marking.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty .
