Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum is according to the Delhi University for the students who are graduating in the year 2020 but all our junior years are studying a different curriculum now. I have no idea but as far as we have heard from our HOD , the new curriculum is just a slight variation of the older one with some new topics and all. We , the older curriculum students, are appearing exams which is subjective in nature but all those new curriculum students are appearing objective structure of the examination paper which is actually very easy for them.

Placement Experience

2.5

The university don't have any internal placement facility but we had to attend the independent recruitment drives organized by various companies in the capital of the state. No, our University doesn't provide any kind of internship.

College Events

3.5

There are various events celebrated in our University like Sports , annual days , fresher's events , farewell events, foundation day, Debates , Cultural events , Workshops , Seminars, Essay competitions , regional language day , etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees Structure is very Feasible for the non-self financing courses and when it comes to self Financing courses , for some students it is feasible while for some it's is not so feasible. Overall it's feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have much idea about this but I have heard that our University provide some kind of Scholarship to the OBC students. They get 10 thousand INR each year to aid their educational expenses which is pretty much helpful.

Campus Life

3

The extra curricular activities are good. The university organize sports day annually and also organize NCC Cadet Corps activities very religiously. They also organize Camps and various Essay , debate , etc competitions.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are very helpful and always helped us with notes , in labs and also helped us before appearing the placement drives. They always helped us in various things like how to organize the Fresher's and farewell events , how to do those Cultural events etc.

Admission

After my 12th results were declared , I applied for admission in this University by only submitting my required documents like 10th marksheet , 12th marksheet , etc online and after that a merit list was declared by the University. After that they gave us a date and time for admission and what other documents they need was also stated in the notice. On that day , we were called in the HOD office , they took all our documents copies and sent us to the payment room and that's it.

Faculty

3.5

Some of the teachers are excellent in their work while some are just okay. If a student who don't know much of the regional language , it will be quite difficult for them to understand what the most of the lecturers are teaching as they 75% use the regional language as medium of teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've chosen this course because i love Zoology. The curriculum is strict and it also focus in the discipline of the students. The only problem is the class our overlaps with sports hour so if you want to practice your game you've to miss the last 2 classes. They all teach so professionally . Examination here are conducted so neatly and the time period is also okay.

Course Curriculum Overview:

those course curricullams at central university of odisha is thought fully designed ,offering a balanced blend of theoretical depth and practical relevance. on eof the key reason why students opt for such courses like int mathmatiss is the seamless academic progression and strong foundation it provides for research and comprdative exams. that curricullum could be more better as it can be more practical. what we are studing is like 80% theory and just 20% practical. so i do think that could be more better. the quality needs to be improved.

The curriculum is according to CBSH syllabus,New Delhi. The syllabus can include more practicals. And also the availability of instruments should be there to do practicals individually. The exams are normal ...but the time given can change sometimes due to external factors that might shift the exam dates.
