Remarks
Everything about the college was very good,the teachers,students,juniors,seniors,staff members,campus every thing was class apart. Our placement season is not yet started as we are studying 3rd year, but our seniors got placed. Around 192 students got placed. Our placement process will start next year. Companies visit the campus for placements every year. The instituition plays a prestige role in the placements of students. Faculty members work hard to place their students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our university is Kerala Technical University (KTU). Its course curriculum is good but the valuation and the availability of supply exams is poor. About exam structure, this course consists of 8 semesters and each semesters thera are 2 series tests. Mostly 1 semester = 3 months (approx) So including series tests, a KTU student have exams in every month.
Placement Experience
College does not provide internships but we should attend minimum 2 internships.College gives permission to go for internships during vacation times or holidays and through that we will get activity points. We need 100 activity points to complete the course. Now , Placements are less in the college.Also job opportunities are decreasing day by day.
College Events
College's Interest in extra curricular activities are poor and they are very strict in study matters and fee structure. Our principal also feels guilty about the management rules and decisions. If any events are conducting it should be conducted with money collected by students or any other measures.College doesn't give any financial support. Many events are celebrating in our college in a year. Mainly it's 'EDEN'. It is actually a creativity or hackathon programs conducted by our IEDC group. Then a arts and tech fest would be conducted and also sports.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure And Facilities Fee structure is same like that in all colleges. It is feasible.Because compared to other small courses it is feasible. So many are studying small courses for an expensive fees. Eventhough it is a management seat college's fee structure is same as government fee structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions Scholarships are less in our college. One of the main scholarship is to get more than 90% marks in university exams. So the college will give a fee reduction and some rewards. Loan facility is not available but we extend our fee payment for maximum over a semester
Campus Life
Labs are excellent. The college is maintaining labs excellently with a qualified lab assistants. Sports are very bad in our college.Our college's interest in extra curricular activities are poor and pathetic.only few are happening due to the students strony decisions.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni Seniors should conduct alumnus and please inform college management to conduct good fests like earlier. Nowadays college does not promote any other extra curricular activities and on other hand they are very strict in study matters
Admission
After you have submitted your application and uploaded all the necessary supporting documents the admissions process begins.I had 17k rank in kerala entrance , and i applied for government seat and got it in the first sttempt as 17000 is a good rank
Faculty
They are all well qualified and experienced.I think when compared to the faculties of other colleges this college will hire a top position. The faculties are friendly and they treat us like small children and they work hard to get good marks.
