Course Curriculum Overview

3 years graduation course is divided into 6 semesters which includes core subjects, An optional subject ,1st Language(first five semesters),2nd Language(First Two semesters). Each semesters have separate set of Examinations.

Placement Experience

There were a few companies coming up, and most of them were related to the science courses. The job opportunities are usually from the outside as far as the arts courses are concerned. But some banks like South Indian Bank and Federal Bank were there, according to the reports, and some were placed in these firms too.

College Events

Union Christian College has many events concerning the students, and the campus itself was really colourful and green with a beautiful photogenic setting. The elections were the biggest events, and the college fest was also there - the seminars were frequently conducted, and we also went for a good number of seminars in other college. Many big personalities also visited our place.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarships for SC/ ST students, but non otherwise. There are no loans here though as the fees was very less. Students could easily meet them with no trouble at all.For Self financing Courses scholarships are not applicable.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors were really helpful, and always ready to help whenever there was a doubt. All the students and teachers were in touch with me even after we left the college. It was nice to know such wonderful people, and it was the best experience of my life

Placement Experience:

I guess it's from the 6th semester. there are many companies especially the big 4's like KPMG, KY, DELOITTE, all of those had made their offers and many students who passed out as well as got into those. 80-89% of the students get the placements. I haven't yet decided my plans aftergetting the degree as of now.

I take admission in the year 2022 through mgu cap. Our college is aided so, comparatively less fees than other self financing colleges. Our college that distinguished itself it's cosmopolitan ans secular ethos, Christian and humanistic values, residential life and interdenominational management etc...the admission is done through the mahathama Gandhi university site named mgu cap. Merit based cutt of mark is above 90%. But the reservation students requires less than 90%....Read More
