Entrance Preview

CLAT and LSATI wanna be a legal journalist for which law knowledge is utmost important.I had to opted for this university because of its placements and reputation.

Internships Opportunities

Internship experience in our university especially for our branch is really good. We almost get to intern after every semester due to which we have a better scope of having practical exposure of what we learn in classes.

Placement Experience

They are lot of MNC's which generally come and interview packages are offered as per capability.Almost 430 out of every 500 are placed HCL,TCS etc.

College Events

They are lot of events which take place almost every semester lot of events and fests are organised by lot of of departments. GUSAC , GEM. And yes they are really big events because they are lot of big sponsors our events.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i guess nothing is offered by the university as of loan but yeah scholarship is offered as per there capability.

Exam Structure

Exams schedule are not so hectic nor chilled out they are fine. Because are marks are calculated based on our internal marks,projects, presentations, attendance and externals.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed but since it is first year there are not that many placement offers and most of the students also chose for the LLM. Most packages are between 6 to 9 lakhs per annum, which are god for law.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I find myself deeply interested in this field and there are many aspects of this course curriculum which makes my decision to opt this course. This curriculum makes my knowledge as well as confidence to stand up in this field for real world applications. And help me prepare for any further academic pursuits. They can improve the areas where student are assigned more practical task rather than any typing or writing assignments. The exam timings are suitable for my perspective as 2 hours in afternoon and the level is medium so overall it is satisfactory.

Exams mostly happen with a gap of 6 months and it's on University when they wish to conduct they will tell before 1 or 2 months to all colleges that the semester will be conducted in a particular month. The campus placement is very good in comparison to the other colleges. They have an average package of 7 LPA. Last year a btech student received a package of 63 LPA from a big company. The company or firms visited here are Infosys, TCS, Luthra & Luthra, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. 80% of every student are placed every year in top companies or firms.

biomedical engineering is available in a very few colleges. SRM in Chennai has this. but I chose gitam because of its culture which if far better than SRM. there's no regional barrier since I'm from the same city as my college. teachers and all are helpful here compared to faculty there . the admission process is simple , you have to write for entry called GAT which provides scholarship based on score . and it's easy to crack it ....Read More

Affordable college, needs improvement.

Applied to a couple of NLUs did not get the T1 or T2 NLUs, and did not want to go to T3 NLUs for the sake of the name, tried other private colleges but they were super expensive compared to this. I got accepted to all the private colleges that I applied to, and all of the T3 NLUs. The college has its own general admission test GAT, which is simple enough to be taken easily, a seperate personal interview is also conducted, though as far as I am aware, it is not a ground for rejection currently....Read More
