Positive remarks includes the beauty of place where the college is situated. Yes our College is situated in kuttanad, Alappuzha which is a low lying area surrounded by backwaters and other water bodies which enriched the beauty of the place, Kuttanadu is also a tourist spot. Students are happy and peaceful due to these merits. The only negative remak that I personally felt is the unavailability of necessary infrastructure and a Hostel

Syllabus followed by CUSAT is of good standards while compared to other universities in kerala. A student of CUSAT have to write 3 examinations per semester which includes 2 internal examinations and an end semester public examination a student have to score enough marks in both examinations to get passed final marks includes the sum of average mark of two internal examinations and end semester examination

College have a well organised and well maintained placement cell for knowing current placement offers and also they provide aptitude and skills training. But college does not provide any internship offers a student have to attend internships provided by governmental or non governmental organisations outside the campus

Eventhough it's an engineering college, our College offers great opportunities in arts and exta curricular activities. Major events includes ,A technical fest named INNOVIA is conducted yearly which offers an opportunity to tech heads and an arts and cultural fest named SATTVA is also explored yearly

There are mainly three types of fee packages for various seats which includes Free seats, Payment seats and NRI Seats free seats are for keralites who are on the top of the rank list and those seats are limited and a student have to pay rs 24000 per semester Payment seats are All India Merit seats with a fees struyof rs 50000 per semester NRI seats are for non residing indian citizens who have to pay around 80000 per semester

There are scholarship offers for students who excels in academics, from every division, toppers of the class are awarded with a considerable amount. College also offers scholarships for financially backward students

Extra curricular activities are abundant arts, sports, tech fests are common, college have different clubs which organises various events on various occasions or they conduct events regularly for improving additional skills of students

Our College does not have hostel facilities offered by the college itself, one has to depend upon private hostels owned by third party private owners. It's very difficult situation existing here. Private hostel owners charges high monthly rates for stay and sometimes it seems un affordable

College has an alumni association which helps in knowing the status of our beloved seniors and they appears as a god's hand in many occasions where raising funds for an event or a program to be conducted

Every year,Cochin University of science and technology conducts separate entrance examination called CUSAT CAT For admission to various divisions. Selection of candidates are based on rank obtained by Candidates

There exists permanent and temporary faculties temporary faculties are working on a daily wage basis. Temporary staffs are well qualified and permant ones are well experienced. When it comes to helping a student in academics, all faculties are of very much help. As For every bright side have a hidden dark one, still there are teachers who are unable to clearly express the overwhelming knowledge they have.
