The positive about University is they very fast in work if there is any problem. The management are quite active and students cooperative. The negative about university is unavailability of proper General Stores in university campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
M.Sc Chemistry is good. Good and experienced as well as helping faculties. Semester system. Having 2 mid semester in each semester. In which each mid semester is of 20 marks. 1st mid semester is theory and 2nd mid semester is all about assignments and projects.
Placement Experience
Yes many companies come for recruitment and some NGOs also. They conduct some competitive exams which has to qualify then you can get chance or opportunity. No internship provided. No stipend provided to students.
College Events
Gour Gaurav Jayanti celebrated every year on 26th November in memory of the Founder Dr. HARISINGH GOUR. GOUR GAURAV UTSAV also celebrated as annual function. Science Day Teachers Day Fresher's and Farewell are also celebrated
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible, Each semester has fees around 4000. And hostel fees are also feasible, only 200-400 per month according to hostel type. New hostel has fees 400 per month while old hostel has 250 only per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is scholarship facility for reserved category students. The scholarship only provided to Madhya Pradesh resident reserved category students only. Other state students has no scholarships facilities.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are good. Labs are good. Sports are very good. They organise each sports like cricket, badminton, chess, football, table tennis. Yoga Day also celebrated at grand level.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors students are very cooperative and helpful as well. They help as much as possible by providing idea of notes and exam patterns etc. Has good alumni network also. In overall they are very good.
Admission
Qualified University Entrance Exam and got selected according to entrance cutoff and then go for counselling on given counselling date. All results and documents verified by committee very thoroughly and got admission by the submission of fees in university office.
Faculty
They are very students cooperative and having good knowledge. They will help you whenever you need. They give information about fields related to your subject i.e careers orientation. Many of faculty has experience of foreign universities and has good citations.
