Education at VIT requires devotion, but at the End of the day, you see positive results, and your time is spent in the right direction. VIT helps you to be prepared for any sort of exposure outside the college world.
Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent curriculum stays updated with time. The subjects are chosen by the students, the faculties and time table is in student's hands too. Each semester has one close book exam, one open book exam, and one final exam. Projects, labs, and assessments work simultaneously.
Placement Experience
National level record-holding placements take place on the campus. More than 700 companies visit each year, and packages go as high as 50 lacs per annum. The average CTC is ~7 lacs per annum. All the reputed companies visit the companies and provide incomparable opportunities.
College Events
There are a plethora of events celebrated. Although dozens of workshops take place every day, both national and international level, for all fields of interest, two major fests, that is the technical festival Gravitas, and the Riviera, known for being the biggest college fest, with 10s of celebrities visiting for it.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is lower than other eminent private colleges and universities. Also, scholarships, as well as educational aids are provided. Besides, merit students are allowed to study free of cost, known as the STAR program.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided on the basis of ranking in VITEEE. Also, the state board's merits are considered for full fees waiver. Economical conditions are considered as well. The STAR program is nationwide known.
Campus Life
All of the facilities are abundantly available, with state-of-the-art opportunities. Labs are sponsored by tech giants like IBM, Microsoft, and many more. Hundreds of Extracurricular activities take place every day.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are well disciplined, well maintained in excellent conditions. All the facilities such as sports complexes, canteens, the mess in each block, food hubs of all types, daily services such as tailors, and laundry services are readily available.
Alumni/Alumna
The Alumni network is one of the largest, spread worldwide at all the places, all the industries. This extends to all the Ivy League universities, IIMs, ISB, and industries like Microsoft, Tata, Google, etc.
Admission
An entrance exam, called VITEEE is the only way to get into the college. Then, after being given our ranks, the counseling process takes place, where branches are selected by the students on the basis of availability.
Faculty
They are all well qualified and student-friendly. All of them are approachable to the students at their own convenience. Students are well guided in the classrooms and yet the faculties are available all the time.
