Remarks

Positive - internal exams are done on time. And cleanliness of the college is awsome and they are very punctual on the timings and class bunkings are prohibited and there is no ragging. Every student is treated equally

Course Curriculum Overview

This course curriculum is good we studied on the basis of semester vise exam systems. In which there will be regular semester exam in every 6 months and total of 6 such exams. Also in each semester internal marks also added in each subject

Placement Experience

Not much placements are given by the college. And anyway there are some placement for other courses like food technology and they also provide internship for other courses like commerce and all but it didn't have much stipend

College Events

Events start with the freshers day, then arts day for the students, onam and other traditional festivals celebrations. Ecos an event made by the commers students, college day. Annual days and specific fest for each department

Fee Structure And Facilities

11250 for each semester. Not much expensive.and it is different for different courses. This is the fee for chemistry students, for arts students it is below 10000 rs and for food technology students it is 15000

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship for good studying students from poor families are given. And not much scholarship were given and. One student who is facing difficulties in the fee, they can directly approach the management and there will be a solution for that

Campus Life

There are a lot of Extracurriular activities including college film club, drama club, photography contests. College media club activities, volleyball cricket, badminton, swimming etc sports teams are there for college. Labs are new and well maintained

Hostel Facilities

No there is no hostel facilities at present but they are trying to bulid new hostel and there are plenty of paying guest rooms available from which many girl students are studying. There facilities are cheap

Alumni/Alumna

They are good and they help for the progress of college. Those who want a admission and want to know about the college can directly approach the alumini and they will suggests the solution also there is an whatsapp group of alumini

Admission

By applying in the merit list of university. It will be based on the plus two mark. There will be different colleges and courses and we can apply each of them accoring to our will.after that there will be allotments for the admission procedures and there will be a trial allotment at first and then we can change the the list of colleges to which we are applied. And through the allotment procedures we will get the admission in the colleges

The faculty of my college was good. They were well educated peoples. Most of them carry Phd with them. Also they have a deep knowledge in their subject. And they are well trained as a teacher and can took the lab facilities very well

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers.
