About my college

This college is the best place to be in as you will get a placement for sure and your future is secured, you will get so many external help from the alumni, teacher, and other friends. The negativity may be certain rules and regulations apart from that it has been a good journey for me.

We follow the FFCS system, in this method, we are allowed to choose the subject as per our need in any of the semesters, we have to complete 180 credits at the end of the 8th semester. We have 2 continuous assessment test which is of 50 marks each and one final assessment test which is of 100 marks.

The best thing about VIT is placement. We are 100% sure that everyone will get placement. Last year as many as 719 companies visited our campus for the placement and every year the numbers keep on increasing.

We have 2 college fest gravitas which is a technical fest in which colleges and students from around the world participate to compete with each other. Secondly, we have Riviera which is a cultural fest and one of the largest college fests in India, we have many international participants here.

Well it depends on the branch you take, truly speaking we have a category system here well that depends on your rank and the branch which are in demand, I would say it's not too expensive not too feasible for me depending upon my rank and branch.

During my time the college used to give the scholarship to top 20000 rank holders on the basis of certain terms and conditions, the college also has a tie-up with certain banks which can provide loans to the students.

The campus is too spacious, we have one outdoor stadium, as many as 5 basketball courts, an indoor stadium,4 volleyball courts,2 swimming pools, and a hockey and cricket ground. there is so many well-equipped labs and so many clubs and chapters are there on campus.

The infrastructure is quite good, I am staying here for the last 3 years the washroom are getting cleaned every day and the medicines are spread everywhere so that insect doesn't come. The mess is also good.

They are quite helpful, VIT has a good alumni network and widespread across many countries and India. Alumni meets occur every year in different parts of the country. The seniors help us to built contact with anyone if required.

I gave an entrance exam after which I got a good rank and I was called for counseling. During counseling I was given the choice to select any branch I wanted to study, I took Btech Civil engineering as it was my passion.

The faculty is quite experienced with many of them holding Ph.D. degrees. they are helpful and supportive. They conduct guest lectures and industrial visits so that we can have some practical knowledge in our field.
