Pillai's college is a Mumbai University A grade certified college. The curriculum and syllabus are based on relevant and real life-based scenarios. Theory and practical exams are conducted. This helps the students to gain. practical knowledge of the concepts that are taught in the classroom.

The placement scenario is quite good in our college. It has been successful throughout the years. Many students get placed every year. Infosys never fails to visit out college every year. The college has a good placement history with companies like Infosys, TCS, Wiped and Reliance JIO hiring from here. The average salary package is Rs.275000 per year.

The best place for events as Alegria is very famous event conducted here. Throughout the year there are various celebration made in the college the one of the biggest festival is Alegria which is the biggest festival among the Navi Mumbai colleges. Various stars, Sports personality are invited during this festival also various games are conducted during that time.

The fee for an Open Category student is Rs.1,20,000 which does includes tuition fees, Examination form fee and all. If you are a TFWS candidate then fees is Rs.17,000 Fees for open cat. are 1,20,000Rs. per year. Other categories with less. College helps for EBS|C Scholarship also which waives approx 50% fee.

There are scholarships for EBC class students and for cast students. EBC gets almost half fees than the normal fees. Even college provides loan through Syndicate Bank hassle free for that you have to open an new account there.

Lab are well mentain good infrastructure lab are always clean well maintained good teaching staf. We have football ground. And basketball ground. College is excellent for enjoying the college life, all faculty members are excellent. Also college organise annual cultural programms.

Recently we had an alumni meet. More than 500 alumni turned up. It was a very successful event. They even guided us. Even senior students are much helpful they guide us motivate us. Much friendly even they helps in project they give good suggestions what to do in future. Senior are just awesome.

Admission Process was done through government level for that we have to game entrance exam like CET after the results there are cap rounds in with the college set their merit according to the rounds. If the student fullfill the merit score the student will get the admission to that perticular college.

Faculty is qualified, helpful. Teaching is very good. All other subject faculty is very good and focused on students. Overall nice Faculty. The faculty at M.E.S. Pillai’s Institute Of Information Technology (PIIT) is really good for a college on the outskirts of the city, with the students and teachers sharing a good rapports.
