Remarks

Almost every college has its pro's and con's but overall I love my college it's great. Mess food is sometimes good and sometimes not so good but yeah I habitual to this now. Every student gets their own room which provides their personal space, it great nah.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course here for Gautam Buddha University is similar to Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam University formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University. But there is a difference when it comes to exam point of view. Here we have 2 semester exams and 2 mid sem exams which are prior to semester exams.

Placement Experience

3.5

To be honest there is nothing such as internship in this college but yeas the placement is quite good and is improving day by day with packages that are satisfactorily good. Because it's a government institutions Greta effort is not made which private colleges do to improve their placement scenerio.

College Events

4

There are various events that are celebrated in our College. Naming few of them are - 1: Abhivyanjana -annual festival which goes about 3 days and almost every possible event is included here. 2: Shouryotsav - sports week celebrated every year with every major sports included. And there are many other events which are held on regular basis.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee here depends on the course you choose to enroll into. Since there are many course here around in this college fee also varies. For technical course it is quite cheaper as compared to college nearby and realising the facilities and environment given here fees seems really feasible and totally worth it.

Fees and Financial Aid

They are also quite really good. If you are a student of UP you can avail through UP scholarship or from other state can apply for national scholarship scheme. If you are a merit student of you batch every year you get a good amount in term of scholarship from college.

Campus Life

5

Gautam Buddha University in this benchmark scores way ahead of any university in around here. It has world class facilities for sports labs and many activities required for an idle college. They have many grounds indoor stadium huge Library and auditoriums that is capable for thousands.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes ofcourse, even though because of strict Anti-Ragging policy in this university most of the seniors avoid being in contact with juniors but at will can contact and take whatever help we want. They are really helpful.

Admission

I got admission through entrance exam and is aonly the way to get admission in this college except for a few non technical courses. First of all fill the entrance exam form released by University every year then sit for the exam qualify it. Then do councelling and take admission on basis of your rank.

Faculty

3.5

Facilities are all the same but yeah specifically here about 40-50% faculties are way good and rest are usual as you can imagine. Most of them are guest faculties which mean they are less experienced. There is a room for experienced faculties in around here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
