Remarks

The infrastructure and campus life of the Institution is very nice and pleasant. It is well facilitated with enough sewing machines and computer labs as well for Fashion communication. And we also have good exposure to the outside fashion industries through the excursion and events organized by the institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course started with details like any other course, but after learning more about it, you become aware of your career. They will focus on that and will indulge you in the organized fashion show in the final year to show your designs.

Placement Experience

As it is self-financed, the placement rate is not that high. But 40-60% of placement is available though. There were placement cells in my department which connects with the recruiting companies. Companies like Zara, Pantaloons came and visited the institution for recruitment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I applied for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), It is a four(4) year course and I have to pay INR 136,000 per year. This includes only the tuition fees. Even though the fee is expensive but is also practical because of all the charges.

Campus Life

Cultural events and Youth festivals, a consortium of Green Fashion events were held by the institution. The promo style-foretelling Fashion seminar was also held. And of course, the fashion shows were held as well to show the design talents of the students, especially for the placement.

Admission

For the admission process, one has to go through the entrance exam of CET. I cleared the CET exam and after that, I went through the studio test, but all the materials are taken care of by the institution and lastly the interview.

Faculty

Most of the faculty members are good and highly qualified as well. Some of the faculties were the alumni students and some were experienced from the fashion industry. The professors focus on our creativity and inspired us to become great fashion designers.

The college life is journey not a goal

Placement Experience:

Some people get good internship and opportunities where are some people have to find it on their own it's same in every college but most probably not gives the best education in our department. My plans after getting degree are to have job for experience and do my pg later.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think I toke this course because of furniture design which they also provide to which loved. They real toke note that they teach us which is related to real world applications more than only reading book's.I don't think they want any improvement because they are more experienced than us I also liked their teaching way. They also keep seminar where expert interiors and architecture comes and share there experiences.

Placement Experience:

The placement facilities are great. Many companies offer like Marks and Spencer, Aditya Birla, etc. Not sure about the package. Most of the students get placements who are well qualified and skilled. My plan is to learn and experience industrial work.

moderate simple college life

this college provides a course that no other college does so that's why I chose this and I feel like it's safe because it's a women's College and the fees is reasonable. The course is good and it is everything that I'm looking for if you want to do jewellery design, I would recommend this college, not if you're a guy, but definitely if you are a girl, it is a good college for girls and for other specialisation to like fashion design, fashion communication, textile design and they have another subject name as interdisciplinary where you can choose a main subject, subject and a minor subject, which is a good choice...Read More
