Very satisfied with my college. It provides me the opportunity to develop a skill in me and have unique feature along with the grades. My college is outside the city covered by farms on its side but buses are available every 45 mins.
Course Curriculum Overview
GTU handels our current curriculum for the B.E. Every subjects have their unique subject code. Syllabus is updated after a period of time with new subject code. There are 8 semesters in B.E. One in summer and and other in winter.
Placement Experience
Every year there is increase in num to companies placing the students. As a result more opportunities are available for students. Placement are started in 7th sem of the B.E. and students starts their training along with the studies.
College Events
Brizingr is the Tech and non tech event which is celebrated in February every year. Euphoria is the cultural festival celebrated along with Brizingr. Besides these many other festivals like Ganesh chaturthi, Navratri are also celebrated in my college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As my college is a Government College fee structure is very feasible. Only 1500 per sem and examination fees according to the number to exams one have in a semester. Thats a BEST part of my Engineering.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various scholarships available for the students. According to the Annual income, reservation scholarships are provided. Benefit is for approval of the scholarship my college is the centre. Faculties help in getting the scholarships.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities like several non tech event, cultural activities, theatre, sports week are also available. Badminton, table tennis, volleyball, cricket are the major games students play. Sports good are also available but professors provide them only when they are needed or of students are representing the college.
Hostel Facilities
There are two hostels both for boys. Hostels are good have infrastructure but not have the mess. Students have to go out for the food. There is a cricket ground near hostel so that students can play there in there free time.
Alumni/Alumna
Students are very friendly in my college. No ragging is allowed. Seniors are very supportive in projects, events and many more. Specifically helpful in semester exams, how to prepare for the exams, solve the problems.
Admission
There is a committee named ACPC that organizes our admission in my college. ACPC declares merit lists and admissions are done only on that merit lists, no management qouta are available in my college.
Faculty
Our faculties are well qualified as they are government class 1-2 officers in teaching. They try their best for betterment of the students. Advice students in their projects. Provide necessary permission in events and festivals.
