Average college

It's quite alright. Rather than focusing on practical knowledge we have to go through boring classes and then appear for theoretical exams,where people with very less creativity but good mugging up skills score good marks. We have internal exams every month and then we move on to external exams which are held at different college and the level of exam is quite difficult.

Placement in my branch is zero. We have been told to go for off campus placement in the future or go for Post Graduation instead. It's a sad thing that we are studying day and night and also being aware of the fact that these four years won't give us a job unless we study a programming language and sit for IT jobs. College doesn't provide internship.

We keep having random small events by college societies. There is a technical fest called Zealicon which I haven't attended yet. I attended one Mock Cid event which was treasure hunt with illogical clues,it was alright.

I don't know about any such facility. Government of State does provide though for which there are certain criterias to fulfill and a rare to chance to win. Basically a lottery. I didn't meet anyone who is here on the basis of scholarship here.

Sports facilities are actually quite good, which is shocking. We have Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket , Basketball, Football, Volleyball court, Carrom, Chess, Facilities. Labs are good ,some of the apparatus are long due for retirement though.

Yes They guide us through many day to day problems like we have had been through numerous study problems with questions and all ,and they did really helped us even though they had work to do.

Through 12th percentage. Had to fill the form first and then sit through the counselling. After everyone was allotted seat through Jee mains and Upsee results,they moved on to 12th. They verified documents and then a committee interviewed whether I was eligible or not.

Satisfactory. Knowledge is power doesn't really play the role, since we don't understand half the thing most of the time. Just here to get through and pay our fees on time and clear exams,so in the end we can have a piece of paper declaring ourselves as Btech graduates.
