IGIT is a good college both in academic and cultural field

College is good in both acadaemic and cultural perspective.There is no such bad points ther,but a little improvement is required in lab establishment,library and industry oriented training programs.

The course curriculum is upto the mark.It includes both theory and practical subjects in each semester.There are 2 internal examination in each semester and 1 semester examination.In theoritical perspective syllabus is good,but in practical perspective it needs to be more industry oriented.Afterall the whole curriculum is good to be say and plays an important role in making a better professional.

IGIT has produced a well number of excellent alumni,who have placed in reputed and well known companies.The placement cell of igit is active in organizing campus placements with good companies both in core and IT sectors.College is also providing good no. Of internship programs both in summer and winter vacations.Jaro education,IBM,TCS,infosys,cognizant,mindtree,TRL,Tech mahindra,TATA BSL,vedanta,JK paper are some of the prominent and continuously visiting companies.

In addition to acadaemic, culturally also college has marked its excellence.Horizon is the annual technocultural fest and footfalling about 2000 students in 2019.Utsahan is the annual sports meet and inter college sports Festval,which is organized by IGIT.Beyond that in 2019 RIIIPEE,the HR conclave is organized by the placement cell and HRs of very well known companies are invited to enlighten the students.Beyond that every branch organize their own branch fests.

ETC ans CSE are the two brancea that comes under self financing course for which the course fee is high.It is 72000 for this two courses.For other streams ,the course fee is 30000.TFW scheme is also provided by the college for low income brckground students.Students can also pay their fee in student loan option.For my course 1st year course fee is 77000,examination fee is 4000,and training and placement fee is 100 and caution money which is one time is 2500.Overall for ETC stream course for 1st year is 90000.

I have applied for medhabruti scholarship. Students with low income background can also pay the course fee by student loan scheme.

Campus life is excellent in IGIT.It never feel regret you that you have got admission in igit.Gender ratio is 2:1(male:female).So much extracurricural activites are performed.Different clubs like IGIT robotics society,umeed for music,SPER for sports,Drishya 360 for photography,Dance academy,SOLE the literary society are there which led students to increse the hobby and persue their passion.I am member of robotics society.And so much robotics activities are performed.Different conferences,workshops,industry programs are held by different branches.

Alumni are always helpful to the college.In RIIIPEE, the hr conclave some the prominent alumni are invited for a talk and open discussion for the development of college and to provide training programs to make the students industry ready soon after graduation. Alumni website is there where every alumni can register themselves so that their databases can be kept which makes a good understanding snd relation with college.

I secured a rank of 129000 in jee main and got admission in b.tech electronics and telecommunication stream.The admission process is very simple.Everyone has to submit the clearance certificate from their previous college and submit another documents like ragging affidavit,10th and 12th pass ceetificate xerox.The admission is held in the month of august.

The faculties of IGIT are well educated and of excellent teaching style. Most of the professors have completed PhD in reputed colleges. In the case of practicality in study, they should be taught in a more practical way by giving real life examples.But overall they are nice with students both in the class hour and off the class hour.
