Remarks

University is best in everything except education because of politics education quality cahnges with as CM(chief minister) so university decided so survive on the money of student now the university is fighting with itself to improve its education quality so it can be recognise nationwide not only in state whatever is the fate of this university but i am proud of it and love it because you will not get even 10% of it in a private college

Course Curriculum Overview

this is a state level government funded university so it follows same courses as an iit follows all the course which are being study in this university are following same as a government university follows amd exam structure is not high as much because student will get same questions which were taught by his teacher in the class this is the biggest problem of this university that its exam structure in very bad to pass a subject you have to secure only 16 marks out of 70 its exam level is like a k.g class exam structure whatever he has written in his notebook he will get same in the exam

Placement Experience

people gets placed just because of its a government university not because of their skills there is no fund for students who wants to work on a project and there is facility of intership to do an intership you have to search for it and wait for vacations because university will mark you as absent if you leave or bunk any class no matter you provide them an applications for your intership

College Events

university have best infrastructure in this country even iit's dont have same because it was a dream project of up ex cm mayawati because of this many events has been celebrated like in Pro wrestling,many movies shooting like baby chasme baddoor parmanu and our cricket ground was the home ground of afghanistan team infrastructure is best and trap for student they just look infrastructure and judge quality of study on the basis of it

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is expensive because when the mayawati left the charge of state university's fund decreased and university is huge its maintenence is mandatory so university hiked the fee and started running on the fee of the student so university has nothing to do with government fund because it is running on the money of student this is one of major reason university dont want to appoint best faculty because they will charge extra

Fees and Financial Aid

there is a scholrship for those whose are topper of their branch they get approx 20000 rs per year if he/she secures 1st rank in class and those student whose family's annum income is below 2 lac they can apply for scholarship they will get more scholarship then their fee

Campus Life

this university follows iit's course so this university have same equipment as iit's have if a student wants to research or any project then he will get everything in every field there is everything in this university for everyone like cricket ground for a cricketer best lab for those who takes biotechnology every sports ground for sport person evrything is best except faculty

Hostel Facilities

as i said infrastructure is best there is no problem with building all are clean and there is a single room for a single student university own 18 hostel student gets free and unlimited fast fibre internet so its best because you will not get this thing in private colleges

Alumni/Alumna

they are also suffering the curse of politics in this university how university changed after government changed so they dont suggest others for this university because if education has quality you can read under street light but there is no education you cant study in a 600 acre university

Admission

to get an admission in this university you have to apply for it between feb-april on its own website www.gbu.ac.in fill the details whatever branch or school you want to choose just fill then they will conduct an exam whatever will be your rank you will get seat according to your rank whivh you secured in entrance exam

Faculty

permanent faculty is best because they are from best institute of the india but whatever faculty college pic as a guest faculty they are just time waster or i would say student's life waster because they dont know anything even they accept it they say we are not from field but your university has assigned your class so we are not perfect you have to study by yourself i dont know this is the condition of whole institutes or this university very bad faculty

Likes

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches
I like the events they keep on launching in college
I like the placement ratio in college and their seriousness to get everyone placed

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges
The environment of college is not too good it's okay okay
The infrastructure is not well maintained

The curriculum designed is new latest like we study subjects such as emerging technology digital electronics computer science c , english for job the teacher teaches us using projector visualisation the first mid sem happens after 1 month or opening of college difficulty level is very easy

Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Likes

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

An average college, it is good if you are from middle lower class family

Our college provides the training that includes DSA , soft skills and verbal & apptitude that the best for students for placements
The first year faculty of our college is very good and experienced having their phds
Our college infrastructure is also not that best but it's s above average, good water and electricity included Ac classroom provided by our college

Dislikes

The faculty of 3rd year isn't experienced they all are new teachers having 1 or 2 years of experience
They call students to come to college at placement time for regular classes due with we can't prepare for our placements
They take exams every months that I really don't like.

Placement Experience:

In our college I think placement are average, the average package is 4 lacks per annum. And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

i like the environment of the collage , it is the good place for student to to achieve something they want.
the facality of my collage are very good in nature
they have the best technique to teach student. and make him full of potential.

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.
i dislike thing are in my collage are in this collage student have to wear a uniform.
i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.

About Gautam Buddha University

Mine is management quota in which no entrance exam is required. But earlier, I chose other course for which we have to give the entrance exam. Application form is available on the GBU's official website. Application fees is not that much. Reservation benefit is also there, management quota is there but not for all the courses, you have to give the entrance exams. Admission process is good but after the 1st year when you go for the hostel allotment then there is no management no proper systems. Every student has to wait for -4-5 hrs.
