College review

Placement facilities should be improved and new planning and structure should be implemented. Lab facilities should be upgraded. Practical workshop should be organized in college. Cateen facilities should be improved.

I think considering my 4 years of experience in MGMCET. The course curriculum was little bit theoretical and not soo creative. I think for an overall development there should be more practical related topics in curriculum.

In my time placement opportunities were very poor and not well structured. In my batch only 5 students got placed through placement from our college. There was not a proper planning in execution and planning in it. Now the placement cell is looking into it to have new concept in it.

There are many events organized in our college such as - 1.Cultural events. 2.Techincal events. 3.Sports. 4.workshops. 5.Confrences. 6.Quiz event. 7.Mangalam. 8.Industrial talk. 9.Yaad karo kurbani.

The fees structure is well planned and comparatively good as compared to other college's in Mumbai university. There is not much stress or burdon on any one regarding the fees. Also many of us get benefits of various types of scholarship.

In my experience I had the benefits of Economically backward Class (EBC) Scholarship. Most of the general categories students had benefits from it. Also various other scholarship are there for other category students in college.

Laboratory are at present not soo bad but still modifications and changes can be done to improve its facilities. Other extra curriculum activities are well maintained and planned to best. Sports activities are well organized.

No I have not opted for hostel during my 4 years of engineering. I use to travel daily to my college and it was good for me. Hostel facilities are very good and well maintained. Every facilities are available.

There is a planning by college to have a group of all alumins to have communication with all of us. All of them are helful and good by nature. Expertise in there field. Skillful and creative in nature.

I got admission in this college on merit list basis based on Joint Entrance Exam based on that score card merit list was prepared and students were allotted in 3 rounds in different college. I got selected in round 1.

In my 4 years I had came through many different faculties in my college. All of them were intellectual and good mannered. They were always hardworking and helpful in nature. They use to treat every student as equal.
