MBA in ICFAI University

Nothing is perfect in this world,so do our campus. There are some imperfections in our campus too but they are minor. Overall the Academics,Extra curricular activities, Placements, Faculty, Seniors,Facilities in the campus are good.

Semester system is followed in the University for MBA. Course curriculum is good with each subject consisting of 33 classes of 75 minutes duration. Before,every end semester a mid term exams are conducted along with the viva and presentations.

Our college provides Internship with duration of 3 months. Different companies come to college and conducts interviews and select students on the basis of written test, Group Discussions and Personal Interview. The stipend given by the company differs for every company. Some companies give a stipend of 5000rs and some gives 6000rs. While doing the Internship our faculty helped us a lot.The internship has to be done by every student so that the student can expose to the practical corporate life. The placements in our college are Quite Good. Many MNC comes to college for hiring students.

Work shops and Seminars are conducted in the campus every week. Along with them Sports competitions are conducted in the campus. Every year there is a Management Fest which is held for 2 continuous days where different colleges participate in different events. There is also a Cultural Fest that is conducted in the campus which is held for 3 continuous days in which there are many types of competitions like sports,dance,singing,rangoli,magic,instrumental,cooking,poetry,ramp walk,DJ Night etc competitions are held.

The fee structure for MBA is feasible.The fee has to be paid in 6 terms. First term is paid during the Admission and the 2nd term is paid before the 1st Semester, 3rd term is paid before the 2nd Semester and the 4th term is paid before the Summer Internship Programme.5th and 6th terms are paid before the 3rd and 4th Semesters.

Students who have a good percentage in Graduation i.e more than 75% are given scholarship in the 1st semester. After that the students who score more than 8CGPA are given a scholarship of 25,000- 50,000 depending upon their CGPA score.

MBA students are provided with good computer labs. We have a Library separately for MBA's which have wide range of books.There are separate places to play sports like Cricket,Football,Volleyball,Tennis and also the Indoor games. Our campus consists of a gym separately for both boys&girls.Those are well equipped.Many extra curricular activiy takes place in the campus oftenly like Roleplays,Sports,Talent competitions,Workshops,Seminars etc.We have many clubs in the campus like Marketing,HR,Finance,Economics,Trekking,Photography, Placements,Drawings etc. Many events takes place in these clubs on weekly basis.

Right now our University is not Residential.But, there are lot of hostels and PG's around the University in which the university got tied up with some of the hostels.The hostels are good,wich are well furnished and also they provides all facilities like Food,Laundry,24/7 WiFi, Hot water during winters, 24/7 CCTV Surveillance etc

Our campus Alumni network is huge with so many working in International Companies in different companies. Alumni meet is conducted every year in the campus where we interact with the alumni in which they give us valuable suggestions and advices.Our Seniors are always there for us in every situation. They helped us a lot to get adjusted to the campus life and they guide us in every situation like during Internships,campus placements.

At first we have to take the IBSTANTIA exam. It's a qualification test,the people who get qualified in that test will get selected for the next level i.e GD&PI. People with good CAT&MAT score can also apply for the college and directly go to second level with taking the IBSTANTIA test.

Faculty of our college are knowledgeable and friendly with the students. They support students in everything. They treat students as their own children. They make students to see everything in a unique perspective.
