It's a little strict college. It didn't use to be.

Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the questions in chemistry are from organic chemistry. So at any cost don't leave that part to study. Maths is pretty easy. Physics can be complicated in some problems. There is no negative marking in the exam. 40 questions each from maths physics and chemistry.5 questions from English.

Placement Experience

Placement is the best thing about this university. Maximum students get placed in a decent company. Yes, there are some really good opportunities when it comes to internship programs. But if you don't get CGPA of 8.5 above, you won't be able to sit for most of the companies.

College Events

GraVITas - This is an event where every student can take part and do stuff. Literally, there are hundreds of workshops and events in gravitas for students of every branch. You also get seniors as you mentors to guide you. Rivera- is a prime fest which very popular because International artists come to perform for the audience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible If you get a rank. Otherwise, there is a category system. If your rank galls under the 1st category, fees are 1.8 for tuition. 2nd it's 2.5 and for 4th or 5th, it's 4.5 and 5 lacs. Hostel fees are also feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provides loans for students if they have to go out for some event. Like for MUN or robot wars or something else like that. If you want to become an entrepreneur, VIT provides you with guidance and money also if your idea is unique.

Campus Life

We have every kinda sport here in VIT. There are 4 basketball courts. 2 football and 2 cricket grounds. 4 lawn tennis courts. Swimming pools, 4 gyms. We indoor stadiums also. Badminton, table tennis, volleyball, dodge ball, weight lifting, etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. The seniors are really helpful. You should talk to them for advice. Even the faculties will recommend you to talk to them. They will provide you with software, hardware, guidance, and everything else which is possible.

Admission

Appear in the entrance exam. CBSE board course is the course for the exam. For maths do some books like Amit m Agrawal, Cengage, etc. For chemistry study ncert.For physics go for HC Verma. If you study for jee mains this will be easier for you

Faculties are helpful and interactive. When it comes to teaching, it doesn't really matter in college. You have to study the course yourself. But still, there are some really good faculties here. They also will solve doubts.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
