To answer your question in better terms I will rate the colleges based on parameters such as placements, curriculum, and alumni base.

TISS / XLRI - TISS has an advantage owing to its smaller batch and location in a metro (Mumbai). XLRI excels in the Alumni network and the variety of roles offered. In addition, the option of getting a Non-HR profile after an MBA has increased its ranking considerably.
MDI Gurgaon - After this, MDI Gurgaon bags the position because of its location and strong alumni base.
SCMHRD - It is a decent college but the quality of the crowd is substandard when compared to IIMs.
