No, IIT Madras does not offer lateral entry admission to their B.Tech programs for diploma holders. IITs (IIT Madras included) offer admission only through the JEE Advanced exam, and all the students are required to join from the first year regardless of prior qualifications.
If you are seriously looking for details of IIT Madras, your only option is to study and qualify in JEE Advanced and begin the B.Tech in the first year.
