This place is a unique blend of green spaces and red brick buildings, none towering too high. It's quiet during the day but bursts with energy at night. Away from the typical city life, it offers a different slice of reality. It's full of creative minds and lively activities, making it much more than just another school. The reasons why it's special might not be clear to outsiders. There are things only we do and spots only we know. For those who believe in following their passion for a career, this place will feel like a perfect fit.

MICA’s campus life is vibrant, especially in the Post Graduate Diploma in Management [PGDM] (Communication) program. There are numerous events and student-led committees that keep things lively throughout the year. While the infrastructure isn’t as grand as some older IIMs, it’s still quite adequate for our needs. The library is good, and the food is decent too. However, I do find the secluded location of the college a bit challenging at times, but overall, the experience has been very fulfilling.

Being a part of MICA, I appreciate the strong placement support they provide. In my course, Post Graduate Diploma in Management [PGDM] (Communication), we've had companies like Disney, ITC, and Google visiting for placements, offering packages that range from 25K to 2.25L per month. The faculty is very helpful, and the 100% placement assurance is a huge relief. It really feels like the college is invested in our future, and I’m confident about landing a good job after graduation.

Here's how I rate different aspects:

Placements: 4/5 - MICA is quite unique in that certain companies specifically seek out MICA graduates, which shows its strong reputation in areas like Market Research, Account Planning, and Media Planning. I do think there's room to boost job opportunities and the reach for Business Management students though.

Campus and Infrastructure: 5/5 - Forget the air conditioning (it wasn't there when I graduated), but everything else makes it a dream place. It's unlike any other, with a top-notch library, full campus internet access, roomy accommodations, fantastic labs with necessary software, and even its own community radio station. Nestled in nature, it provides playgrounds and every facility a student might need or desire.

Faculty and Teaching: 5/5 - The courses are excellent, taught by top-notch faculty who blend industry experience with academic knowledge.

Students: 5/5 - Students here are incredible, with varied interests and talents. The gender balance is equal, fostering diverse opinions and perspectives. It's a vibrant mix of individuals who can sing, dance, act, study, or even climb mountains—just about anything you can imagine.

Academic Challenge: 4/5 - Exam stress is minimal since assessments focus on groups rather than individuals, which may not suit everyone, especially those who aim to be top scorers. I don't dislike those folks, in fact, I see their value to society.

Personal Development: 5/5 - MICA is transformative on a personal level. It encourages self-discovery and prompts you to ask questions about yourself and the world that you might never have considered before. Truly amazing.

MICA Institute of Strategic Marketing and Communication is a great choice for those looking to dive deep into marketing. I’m enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma in Management [PGDM] (Communication), and I chose this course mainly because of the interesting curriculum and the exceptional faculty. The faculty-student ratio is good, and most of the teachers have PhDs, which adds a lot of value to the learning experience.

The exams aren’t too tough if you keep up with the classes, and overall, I feel well-prepared for industry challenges.
