What is your advice for freshers at IIT Hyderabad?

Take it easy and relax. You'll find that you have plenty of free time, so no need to worry too much about studies. Having an SBI bank account with net banking is handy, and a PAN card might be useful too. In your first semester, don't skip the NSO sports selections, or else you might end up doing social service for all four years. Stay engaged and avoid getting too caught up in video games like PUBG. It's a good idea to have your own laptop. That's all there is to it. Hope this helps!

Make sure to pass PT. Get involved in house activities, especially those for freshers. Focus on your studies because the courses are really great.
