Professor S.K. Shrivastava is the Training and Placement Cell Coordinator at IIT (BHU), Varanasi. He is dedicated to making the Training and Placement cell of IIT BHU one of the best in the country by providing the students with a plethora of opportunities to showcase their skills. The Training and Placement Cell of IIT(BHU) is actively involved in facilitating top placements for the institute's students by collaborating with leading corporations. Internship opportunities are also provided to the students to provide them exposure to how the industry works. The Placement Cell also handles all the logistics related to conducting group discussions, tests, interviews, etc. The placement season usually runs through the course commencing in July and continues till March. The Placement cell also conducts pre-placement talks to provide clarity to the students.
