If you ask me, being a student of IIT BHU myself, I think it is a better choice than IIT Guwahati.

IIT BHU is one of the well-renowned academic institutions known for its exceptionally good academic standards and research facilities that it offers to the students.
The institution offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses for individuals.
The placement scenario for IIT BHU is pretty good with the domestic highest package being INR 1.68 CPA and the international highest package being INR 77 LPA.
The average package for PPO was INR 31 LPA for the year 2023.
Some of the top recruiters were Qualcomm, Uber, Goldman Sachs, and Google.
