Which executive MBA course is better between IIM Indore's EPGP and IIM Lucknow's IPMX?
Compared to IIM Lucknow’s IPMX, IIM Indore’s EPGP will be a better option.
Small Cohort Size:
IIM Indore has a small cohort size. So, the professor-to-student ratio is higher.
Location:
IIM Indore IPMX program takes place on the Noida campus. The environment on campus is ideal for studies and it also has the advantage of being close to the industries in the Delhi NCR region.
Placement:
IIM Indore Executive MBA placements 2022 had witnessed an all-time high average placement package. The average CTC for the top 25% of the EPGP students was INR 35.5 LPA. While the top 50% of students received an average CTC of INR 30.6 LPA.
Batch Size:
IIM Indore 2021 EPGP batch had 68 students. Students had work experiences in the range of 5-15 years. The students crowd is diverse and there is huge potential for peer learning.
Due to these factors, EPGP from IIM Indore will be a better option.
My merit list number in NMIMS NPAT is 2440. Will I be able to get admission in ASMSOC for BBA?
In NMIMS, BBA is not as reputed as the other courses. Many students don’t join the college after the selection so you might get selected in the second or third list.
One of my friends had the rank of 3000 and he got selected in the first list of the Bangalore campus. With a merit number of 2440, you have around a 50% chance of getting admission to the Mumbai campus.
If not in the first list, there’s a fair chance that you will get through the second or third list. Hope this helps.
Which is better NIT Surat or PEC Chandigarh?
When it's about choosing the colleges then analyze the statistics, not the ranking. PEC is statistically better than the NITs. It has been proven over the years that the tag of NIT doesn't matter that much.

- The reputation as one of the oldest institutes in India. PEC was established in 1921.
- It has a magnificent extracurricular culture.

PEC has no IIT or NIT tag but has a unique PEC tag that is not comparable to anything. Both the colleges are renowned and one of the best in India. Overall PEC Chandigarh is the potential choice.
What is the better way to get an admission in NITIE Mumbai through the GATE or the CAT?
Some of my friends studied at NITIE Mumbai. According to them, there is no better way to get admission to NITIE. There are 2 ways to get admission, these include -
- Through GATE - This leads to admission in courses like PGDIE, which is the flagship course, PGDMM, and PGDPM.
- Through CAT - This gets admission in PGDIM and PGDISEM.
At NITIE all the courses are given equal importance. The faculties of every course are highly experienced and very cooperative.
The college conducts a common placement program, where all the students of all departments can take part in. The course structure is almost similar during the first year.
So you can choose from these 2 ways to get admission to NITIE. Ultimately it depends on your strengths and weaknesses.
There is nothing like a better way to join NITIE, to join any of the courses you have to be top-ranked in the respective exams.
How is CSVTU?
One of my friends studied at CSVTU, she studied engineering, so this answer will be from her perspective. This experience may vary from person to person.
- If engineering is your choice, it is a reasonable choice to choose CSVTU.
- They have very moderate fees.
- The faculty and curriculum are average. Their lack of emphasis on practical exposure is also another factor for their overall performance.
- The student and teacher interaction varies from college to college.
- If your college’s overall performance is good enough, then reputed companies are bound to come.
- The university promotes varieties of extracurricular activities.
So, if you want a good college, you have to check its overall performance, faculty, and student crowd. Choose after analyzing every factor, as this will help you decipher a particular college’s performance.
So, it is entirely up to you to decide what purpose your college should serve. A good college provides you with a quality education, while a bad one may not.
