The reasons for choosing IIIT Bhubaneswar are as follows:
- Ranking and reputation: According to NIRF 2022, IIIT Bhubaneswar is rated 201 among the best engineering schools in India. Which is a reflection of the school's academic performance, resources, faculty depth, etc.

Which college should I choose, MAMC or JIPMER?
Both these premiere Indian institutes are academically at par with each other. But you should consider these points when choosing between the two-
- JIPMER is located in Pondicherry and has no airport connecting it to metropolitan Indian cities. For the nearest airport, you’ll have to travel all the way to Chennai.
- Pondicherry is much safer though. You can walk alone in the evenings without any fear.
- JIPMER is much bigger than MAMC. Also, JIPMER provides top notch hostel facilities, at par with private colleges. Its campus is very well maintained as well.
- The JIPMER campus is so huge that students use scooties and bikes to travel from one block to another.
- MAMC offers more variety for North Indian meals.
- At MAMC, patients speak Hindi. At JIPMER on the other hand, Tamil is the dominant language. So there is some communication gap initially, but one learns to manage with time.
- Delhi offers a better city life, more malls and better movie theaters. Pondicherry is a calm and serene place with beautiful beaches. There aren’t huge shopping malls and big multiplex theaters over there, but you’ll be mesmerized by its natural beauty.
Both the colleges are equally excellent. You must choose between them based on your personal preference.
What is Placement Percentage in DTU?
DTU offers decent placement support to its students. If you are able to maintain a good CGPA over the semesters and have skills in your core subject, then you will easily get placed in companies with packages of 8-10 lakhs per annum. In case you are unsatisfied with the packages, you can also opt for off-campus interviews
How are the NIT Surathkal MTech CSE placements?
NIT Surathkal MTech in CSE is a highly regarded program with decent prospects. Most software companies visiting NIT Surathkal allow both BTech and MTech students to sit for placements although preference is given to BTech students. As an MTech student, you need to have better skills that prove you are better and more employable than BTech students.
Additionally, the institute is located in Karnataka so industrial visits are a common practice. Some of the top recruiters include Amazon, Flipkart, Ford Motors, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes Benz, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, and Samsung. What is the difference between a BBA and BBA (Honours) at Christ University?
In terms of syllabus and curriculum, the BBA (Hons) offered by Christ University is better. Most MNCs prefer BBA (Hons) to BBA. This course is ideal for students who want to go abroad after graduation. The BBA (Hons) degree has many options for credit transfer as well.
Other than these there is no such big difference between the two degrees. Both will offer you good exposure and opportunities.
Which ranks higher: NSIT, DTU, or an NIT?
It’s hard to determine the worth and credibility of these institutes just by looking at official rankings. So I will be taking into consideration some criteria
- Placements: The placement scenario and opportunities offered at all these institutes are equally good as similar companies visit for placements. Companies like Google and Facebook conduct an open test like APAC so students of all institutes get equal opportunities.
- Campus life: In terms of the campus and city life offered, my preference order would be DTU = NSIT > NIT. Being in Delhi, NSIT and DTU offer better opportunities and exposure. Delhi has it all, major corporate headquarters, the media, and top colleges like IIT-D and DU to compete with.
- Student pool: The peer group has a massive effect on you and helps you in determining your interests and activities and grooming your personality. The ranking of colleges depends solely on the type of crowd you are looking for. If you are from south India, you would prefer to join NIT- Trichy. So this aspect cannot be generalized at all.
- Campus: A dynamic college life is very important to break from occasional strenuous situations. In that aspect, NIT offers the best campus life followed by DTU and NSIT.
- Faculty: The faculty pool is better at NIT than at NSIT and DTU. NIT is a central government institute and has a better recruitment process so filtration is better.
- Alumni: Alumni network plays a big role in your institute’s reputation in the corporate sector and can help you financially with your startup idea. That being said, DTU and NIT Trichy have the best alumni network followed by other NITs and NSITs.
It’s best to go for the college that is best suitable for you alone and not just because it has good rankings.
Which is a better college in Delhi University Aryabhatta College or Dyal Singh College Eve?
One of my friends first took admission in Dyal Singh Evening but then got admitted to Aryabhatta College in the 7th cut-off. He attended 2 classes at the college.
The faculty at Dyal Singh is amazing but the environment and classes are dull. The library and the sports ground are really good as compared to Aryabhatta College.
At Aryabhatta, the faculty is really good and very experienced. The infrastructure is one of the best in Delhi University, as they are newly built and well maintained. There are two canteens on the campus. Being situated in the south campus, there are a lot of places to hang out.
It is suggested that you should join Aryabhatta College over Dyal Singh Evening College, as it will provide better facilities and an environment appropriate for education.
How is the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Engineering, Pune? How are the placements?
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering is among the top engineering colleges in Pune. It has a highly experienced pool of faculty. The professors are friendly and cooperative. Every student is mentored in their studies and projects.
BVUCOE has a technical fest. During the fest, students can present their innovative ideas under the guidance of teachers and mentors.
Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune placements are pretty good. The placement average is more than 80%. The average CTC offered during the last placement drive was INR 5 LPA.
