How is B Tech at DU?
Cluster Innovation Center is the only Engineering Programme at the University of Delhi. You will not be studying those pointless first-year subjects that are common in almost every other engineering college. You will only study subjects related to your field.
Information technology and Mathematics are included in the curriculum. Aside from these two, you must choose your second major beginning in the second semester. There are three options: Business and Management, Electronics and Embedded Systems, and Computational Biology.
According to the curriculum, you will be required to complete month-long projects in almost every subject. Aside from that, you must complete a semester-long project in the fourth and sixth semesters. Students are generally not accepted by companies during their first two years of college due to a lack of skills and experience, so they must rely on internships provided by the college, which are of average quality.

Here are some helpful tips for students starting their first year at SASTRA University.
- Maintain 80% attendance per semester. Don’t miss classes unnecessarily. You need to have the minimum required attendance to be eligible for examinations. Attendance is considered for some scholarships as well.
- Maintain good relationships with your professors and lab assistants.
- Make good use of the central library.
- Join any sports or cultural activities. It will help in your overall personality development.
Make sure you score well in your first semester.
How is NIT Mizoram? Is NIT Mizoram worth joining? What are the bright sides of NIT Mizoram?
NIT Mizoram is one of the new NITs that was established in 2010. The MHRD recognizes NITs as institutes of national importance. You may already be aware of the NIT brand, which will help you in your future career. Being a student here myself, I can say that NIT Mizoram over other private institutes will undoubtedly be a better choice.
- As it is a new NIT, it does not have a permanent campus yet, but that will not be a problem because college buses are provided from the hostel to college.
- It is located in Aizawl, which is a lovely city with beautiful weather all year.
- The faculty is excellent. The teachers here have PhDs, and those with a master's degree are pursuing a Ph.D.
- NIT Mizoram offers many Giant courses that are not available at any private institute.
- It previously held a course on Robot Operating System and is currently holding 5 more Math and Electrical courses.
- The infrastructure of our Virtual Classroom is among the best in the country.
- Even IIT Guwahati does not have such cutting-edge VCR infrastructure.
- Annual techno-cultural fests are also held. In which students participate in events such as drama, dance, and singing, etc.
- They also host an annual sports festival.
Despite the fact that NIT Mizoram is often looked down upon due to its remote location, this place has its own flavor. So, in all NIT Mizoram is one of the best institutes we have in India.
Which colleges are allotted in DU SOL?
According to some of my friends who attended DU SOL, colleges are allotted but not on a frequent basis, just for Personal Contact Program classes only. These PCP classes are held in various colleges across DU and you will get assigned a college to attend these classes.
Further, they will assist you with the study material. So it's upon you whether you want to attend classes or want to study at home by yourself.
These classes are held on Saturday and Sunday. Also, these are not compulsory to attend. You won’t be able to enjoy the life of a regular student and will be able to attend only PCP classes in the allotted college.

PGDBA is now in its third year, and people are not only interested in it, but also competing fiercely for admission.
