Is it easy to get into NICMAR Pune?
It is a bit easy to get into NICMAR but this doesn't mean that you will take the entrance exam very casually. I have seen various people who have tried more than three times to get enrolled in NICMAR Pune.
You have to be sincere with the preparation and work hard. Prepare from RS Aggarwal for the Aptitude section because it is more than enough. Don't spend much time on the Quant because it is going to be a lengthy process. Rather you can solve questions on topics you are already confident enough as it would be helpful.
For the interview process, dress up properly and be confident. Don't be nervous because the interviewers observe your body language.
Moreover, NICMAR offers sponsored seats with 5% seats reserved for the management quota. If you are unable to crack the entrance exam, you can get a seat through this quota. The only condition will to be pay 1.5 times more fee than a regular student.
Should I choose NIT Trichy for CSE or IIT Roorkee for metallurgy? Why?
My brother was in the CSE branch of NIT Trichy and based on his experience, here are a few pointers:

- A total of 5 fests are held throughout the year and are totally funded and organized by the institute. The institute is located in an area that helps you explore nearby tourist spots like Pondicherry and Ooty.
You won’t ever regret choosing NIT CSE.
What is the fees structure of IBS Hyderabad for an MBA?
The MBA program fees at IBS Hyderabad is INR 16.02 LPA for 2 years. In addition, students will have to pay a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000 along with the first installment fees.

How is the MCA program at NIT, TRICHY??
My younger brother is from this Institute, so I am aware of the situation here.
- MCA program at NIT Trichy is great, people coming from all over the country make it even more exciting. You get a chance to meet more diverse people there, the seniors are always there to help you at every step, and you can reach out to them at any time.
- Infrastructure, Academics, Ambiance, Decent hostels with a decent fee are there.
- The active participation in Sports, events, seminars, conferences, Technical Lectures, Cultures, Technical meets, Competitions, freelance projects, interdisciplinary research, traveling helps in the personality development of students.
- Faculties are great and quite co-operative.
- The average placement package received by the students here is 6 LPA.
In all, you will not regret choosing NIT Trichy.
Is IIT Indore really worth it?
Well, IIT Indore might be worth it for some and not for others as this is a very subjective matter. However, Let’s break down the answer to important points and then you yourself can conclude if it's worth it or not.
- Location: Give up on the idea of living in Indore city because IIT Indore is located on the outskirts of a village called Simrol.
- Strictness: IIT Indore has illogical rules and regulations that affect the freedom of their college life. You will be fined for every big or small thing.
- Food: The mess charges are high almost INR 150/- per day. The cafeteria also serves good quality food.
- Placement: The placements of only the CSE and EE branches are decent and other branches still have to go a long way and attract better packages and companies.
- Hostels: The hostel facilities are no doubt excellent here with single occupancy rooms and all modern facilities.
Overall, I don't think IIT Indore is worth the hype it has been receiving and most students flock there because of its great hostel facilities which is quite an illogical reason.
How is NIT Jalandhar CSE in all aspects: placement, package, accommodation, environment, etc.?
When it comes to engineering placements, PEC ranks far higher than NIT Jalandhar. However, the branch is extremely important. Nowadays, if you major in CSE, you will earn significantly more than if you majored in Mechanical/Civil, for example. However, when comparing the same branches between PEC and NIT, PEC stands out.
According to recent media reports, the highest package offered during Punjab Engineering College placement in 2022 was INR 64.5 LPA to 7 students. In addition, the average package offered in 2022 was INR 13.5 LPA. The participating recruiters placed 509 college students in various sectors such as software, consulting, analytics, and so on. Apple, Microsoft, Arcesium, American Express, and JP Morgan & Co. were among the top recruiters for PEC Chandigarh 2022.
How is NMIMS (Mumbai campus) for a BTech?
Having friends at NMIMS and also being a student there, I can mention it is a well-reputed engineering college. Popular for its faculty, NMIMS will certainly be a good choice for your career. Many professors have completed their PhDs and the HOD itself is an IITian.
There are certain things that make NMIMS stand out -
- The infrastructure is very good. All the necessary facilities available and the classrooms and laboratories are well equipped.
- The course curriculum is very good too and it gets updated regularly unlike Mumbai University.
- The Curriculum keeps on updating, maintaining industry standards and demands.
- NBA has also given accreditation to this college in B.Tech course which is very promising.

The only thing which is probably on the downside is the course fee, which could be a bit much for some students. The minimum attendance required is 80% which is comparatively higher than other colleges.
You will get amazing college infrastructure and nice academics with good placements in core companies.
How is it to Study in Amity University?
Someone I know completed his honors in B.Com from Amity University. He has said that the infrastructure of the university is very good. Here are also few other things that you will get to experience at Amity.
- In the case of faculty, some of the professors are indeed amazing. They do have an in-depth knowledge of what they are teaching.
- Courses like Human Value Community Outreach (HVCO), Military Training Camp (MTC), and various other Non -Teaching Credit Courses (NTCC) help the students a lot in learning as well as giving them a new point of view.
- The campus is great with various canteens, spots complex, libraries, gym.
- Every academic year, various events and fests are organized properly.
- There is no ragging whatsoever in the university. It is strictly prohibited. The university has an updated library, classrooms, gym, sports complex, etc.
- Students who have scored more than 90% in their 10 (+2) exams are granted scholarships. All the events, including the freshers, are held in a lively manner throughout the sessions.
However, as it is a private institute, the fees of Amity can be a bit high and the Foreign Business Language (FBL) which is mandatory for the students can be a burden for them.
How is FMS Delhi better than the IIMs?
This is known as the "Clash of the Titans." At one end, there is India's leading chain of top B-schools (there are 20 in total), and the opponent attempting to oppose them is the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi, which is renowned as the B-school with the highest ROI in India.
Round 1 Procedures for Selection Comparison
IIMs require a high CAT percentile (excellent meaning 99-100) as well as at least 80% in 10th and 12th grades. Your graduation grade should be exhilarating as well.

The scores stay unchanged, i.e. equal.
Round 3 Scenarios of Placement Comparison
IIMs: It's time to look at some statistics about the placement situation at IIMs in 2023. It will assist you in comprehending the scene.
- An IIM A student received a hefty international package worth $140,599.
- At IIM Indore Placement 2023, the highest domestic package of INR 1.14 Crore Per Annum was offered. It was the highest score achieved by any IIM.
- The lowest package was INR 8 LPA at IIM Rohtak.

Even if you are put at a top-tier organization, there is no need to take out a loan and bear the load. The whole MBA price at FMS is cheaper than the income of ten days that you will receive after completing your MBA here.
In this round, FMS defeated IIMs and became victorious. So, FMS Delhi is always a better option than IIMs.
How good is Amity University for a BBA?
My brother recently completed his BBA from Amity University and gave me an overview of the scenario. Here is a short review of the college
- Campus and Location: Amity University has an amazing campus life thanks to its huge campus and location. It's located in close proximity to Delhi and Noida. The campus has great facilities making the academic experience better.
- Academics: Here, students have to depend mostly on self-study as the faculty has no passion for teaching.
- Crowd: The crowd quality is great and you will be surrounded by an elite pool of students hailing from the NCR Region. The fests are organized at a huge level and students get to experience amazing campus life.
- Return on Investment: The institute offers a very low ROI. you will end up spending a lot of money with not very good placements. So, it's advisable to start preparing for an MBA right from the first year. Most companies coming for BBA students are BPO and KPO.
So, Amity University is a great choice if you have no financial constraints and are looking for a vibrant college life.
