Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) provides the Shri. Datta Meghe Foundation Scholarship, which offers a monthly stipend to 10 Full-Time Ph.D. scholars who have not qualified for the GATE examination.

Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), Nagpur, has invited applications for its Ph.D. programs for the March 2026 session. Eligible candidates seeking to pursue advanced research in various engineering disciplines can now submit their applications through the official portal.
The YCCE admission process is open for both Full-Time (with Stipend) and Part-Time scholars. The institution offers the AICTE Doctoral Fellowship (ADF) and the Shri. Datta Meghe Foundation Scholarship for eligible full-time researchers. Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) requires an application fee of Rs. 600 for the PET Examination.

YCCE Nagpur PhD March Session Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree or a professional degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate (or an equivalent grade). A relaxation of 5% is provided for reserved category candidates.
- Entrance Exam: Applicants must have a valid score in the PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) conducted by RTM Nagpur University or YCCE.
- Exemptions: Candidates who have already cleared PET or are exempted as per Direction 22 of 2025 issued by RTM Nagpur University are also eligible to apply.
YCCE Nagpur PhD March Session Admission 2026 Selection Process
- Entrance Test (PET): Candidates must appear for the YCCE-PET (unless exempted).
- Interview: Shortlisted and eligible candidates will be called for an interview by the Research Advisory Committee (RAC).
- Merit List: Selection is based on the performance in the entrance exam and the research interview.

- Pay Fee: Complete the online payment of Rs. 600 via NEFT/RTGS.

- Submit via Email: Send the filled form along with all supporting documents in a single PDF to phd_admission@ycce.edu.
