The All India Management Association (AIMA) has released the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) September 2026 Computer-Based Test (CBT) admit card on the official portal at mat.aima.in. The hall ticket was made live on September 17, 2026, from 5 PM onwards. Registered candidates can now log in and download their admit card using their credentials.
The MAT September 2026 CBT will be conducted on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The admit card carries the candidate's name, roll number, allotted test centre, exam date, and reporting time. Candidates must reach the centre well ahead of the reporting slot.
The test paper will consist of 150 objective-type questions. Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the exam. The centre allotment printed on the admit card is final and cannot be changed on request.

How to Download the MAT September 2026 CBT Admit Card?
Candidates who have registered for the September session can follow the steps below. The admit card is available only through the official portal.
- Visit the official website at mat.aima.in.
- Click on the Applicant Login link on the homepage.
- Enter your registered email ID and password.
- Select the September 2026 session from the dashboard.
- Click on the Admit Card option under the CBT tile.
- Verify the centre, date, and reporting time details on screen.
- Download the admit card and take a colour printout on A4 paper.
What Documents Must Candidates Carry to the Exam Centre?
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid original photo identity proof. Entry without these documents will not be permitted.
- Two clear colour prints of the MAT admit card on A4 paper.
- Original government photo ID such as Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, or PAN.
- One passport-size photograph as a backup.
- A photocopy of the ID proof for backup use.
What Are the Exam Day Guidelines Candidates Must Follow?
Candidates are advised to plan their travel in advance. Reaching the centre at least 60 minutes early helps in clearing traffic and security checks. Many centres close their entry gates around 30 minutes before the exam starts.
Prohibited items include mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, earbuds, bags, wallets, books, and loose papers. These items are not allowed inside the examination hall under any circumstances.
MAT is one of the few national management entrance tests conducted four times a year. It is accepted by over 600 business schools across India. A strong score opens doors to MBA and PGDM programmes across a wide range of institutes.
