XISS Ranchi has released the MBA (PGDM) GDPI admit cards for the 2026 admission cycle on its official website. Candidates who have been shortlisted can download their admit cards through the applicant dashboard at xiss.ac.in.
As per the schedule, the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) rounds will be conducted from March 21 to April 18, 2026, in offline (face-to-face) mode across multiple centres, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Ranchi.
The last date to apply for admission is March 31, 2026, applicable only for candidates opting for the Ranchi GDPI centre.

- Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM) – 120 Seats
- Rural Management (PGDM-RM) – 75 Seats
- Marketing Management (PGDM-MM) – 60 Seats

XISS Ranchi MBA 2026 GDPI Cut-Off (Program-wise)
Fifty percent of the seats will be filled through candidates applying with CAT or XAT scores, while the remaining 50 percent will be allotted to candidates applying through CMAT scores.

After the GDPI round, admission offers are made to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes, which include:
- Past academic record (20% weightage)
- Performance in entrance tests (40% weightage)
- Performance in Group Discussion (10% weightage)
- Performance in Personal Interview (25% weightage)
- Extracurricular and Diversity (5% weightage)
