The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released revised merit lists and updated schedules for the online seat allocation process for the INI-SS (Institute of National Importance Super Specialty) January 2025 session. Candidates can now access the updated Common Merit List (CML) for JIPMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST, and the AIIMS Merit List (AML) for AIIMS and PGIMER. Revised Results and Merit Lists
- Common Merit List (CML): Applicable for admissions to JIPMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST.
- AIIMS Merit List (AML): Applicable for admissions to AIIMS and PGIMER.
These results are based on the performance in the INI-SS entrance examination. Candidates shortlisted in these merit lists are eligible for the seat allocation process.
Online Seat Allocation Process
The seat allocation process for DM/MCh/MD(HA) courses will be conducted in multiple rounds. Candidates must follow the steps below to participate:
Registration and Choice Filling:
- Eligible candidates must register on the INI-SS Online Institute Allocation portal using their credentials.
- Candidates can select and prioritize their preferred institutes and specialties.
- Choices can be modified within the specified dates, after which they will be locked.
Options Post-Allocation:
- Accept Allotted Seat (No further rounds): Candidates confirm their allotted seat and do not participate in further rounds.
- Accept Allotted Seat (Participate in Next Round): Candidates accept the seat but wish to upgrade in subsequent rounds.
- Note: Refusal of the allocated seat is not allowed.
Reporting and Document Submission:
- All allocated candidates must report to their respective institutes with original documents or a security deposit of ₹3,00,000.
