The Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology has released applications for its PhD program in various specializations including PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Studies, Social Science, and more. Candidates interested can apply from the university’s online portal by browsing @mmmutadm.samarth.edu.in/2024/. Interview for admission will be conducted on January 8, 2025

MMMUT PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be eligible as per the below-mentioned criteria to apply for the Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology PhD program

• PhD in Engineering/Technology- To apply for admission to the University of Engineering/Technology's Ph.D. program, a candidate must have a master's degree in engineering or technology in the relevant field and a first-class 60% or comparable Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
• PhD in Sciences/Humanities/Social Sciences/Management/ Pharmaceutical Science & Technology- Candidates with a master's degree with 55% of the possible points, or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is used, may apply for admission to the University's Ph.D. program in Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management streams, or Pharmaceutical Science & Technology.

MMMUT PhD Admission Documents Required

The list of documents candidates must have with them at the time of admission is mentioned below:

• Certificate and 10th grade mark sheets (with birthdate displayed)
• Certificate and mark sheets for the 12th grade
• B. Tech./UG (degree certificates and mark sheets)
• M. Tech./PG (degree certificates and mark sheets)
• CGPA Conversion certificate, if relevant
• ID card uploaded to the Samarth Portal Color passport photo (6 copies)
• Experience certificate, if relevant
• A certificate of migration from the most recent university attended is required.
• All eligible certificates for the relevant categories
• Valid national-level tests such as the UGC-NET, UGC-CSIR NET, GATE, and CEED As appropriate, certify
• Current Employer Sponsorship Certificate (applicable to all candidates currently employed)
• Admit card and online PhD application form

MMMUT PhD Admission Process

Follow the process below to apply for the PhD program of Madan Mohan Malaviya University

• The candidate should log in to @mmmutadm.samarth.edu.in/2024 to complete the online application form from anywhere in the world.
• In order to make an account, applicants must click the New Registration Button, fill out the registration form, and then verify their email.
• To view the dashboard, the applicant needs to check in with their registered email address and password. There are three steps to fill out your form.
• The applicant must carefully fill out all the relevant information when creating his profile (by clicking on the Profile Button). Please be aware that after the profile has been submitted in its final form, no changes will be permitted.
• The applicant must carefully complete the following sections with the necessary information.
• Candidates who complete the online application form are asked to print it off and save it for later use, as they will need to present a properly signed copy of the form when their documents are verified.
• The same dashboard allows eligible applicants to download their admission card.

The candidate will not be allowed to take the PhD written exam if they do not bring a copy of their original final mark sheet that has been properly signed by the time of the exam.
