Kerala NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 3 Allotment Postponed; Revised Result on February 14

As per the latest notification issued from Thiruvananthapuram on February 10, 2026, the third phase provisional and final allotment results will now be released on revised dates.

Kerala NEET PG 2025 Revised Allotment Dates

The authority has clearly announced a fresh timetable for Round 3 allotment and reporting. Candidates must follow the new dates strictly.

According to the official notice, the earlier notification dated February 2, 2026 has been modified and the third phase allotment has been rescheduled to ensure smoother processing of seat movements and candidate options.

This change gives candidates extra time to finalize their choices and reporting, but all deadlines remain strict. CEE Kerala has issued a clear warning:

• Candidates who vacate their allotted seat after 5:00 PM on February 13, 2026
• Those whose options are cancelled due to late withdrawal

Such candidates will not be allowed to participate in Round 3 or any further phase. So, if you plan to surrender your seat, do it before the cut-off time to avoid losing eligibility.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the official CEE Kerala website
2. Click on PG Medical Counselling 2025 - Round 3 Allotment
3. Login using application number and password
4. Download the allotment memo
5. Report to the allotted college within joining dates

Keep original documents and fee payment receipt ready during admission. Candidates allotted seats must complete admission at their respective colleges during the joining window. Missing the deadline may lead to automatic cancellation of the seat.
