NIT Delhi Fee Structure 2026

National Institute of Technology Delhi has announced admission and released the fee structure for the academic year 2026-27. The institute offers admission across various programs, B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA. The fee structure includes various components: Admission fee, Tuition fee, Institute fees, and Annual fees.

The institution fee includes Development fee, Library & Book Bank, Computer, Internet fee, Sports & Creative Arts Society, Students Welfare, Industrial Training and Placement Fee, Industrial Training, Placement Fee, and Examination fee.

Candidates have to pay one-time at the time of admission inludes Caution Money, Alumni Association Membership Fee, Identity card charges, and convocation fees.

NIT Delhi B.Tech Fees 2026

The BTech fees includes first semester of above 5 lakhs, between 1 to 5 lakhs, and less than 1 Lakh for General, OBC, and EWS candidates.

M Tech for self-financed sponsored INR 2.13 Lakhs to INR 2.01 Lakhs
M Tech DASA INR 91,700 to INR 1.03 Lakhs

MCA Regular INR 86,700 -INR 51,700
MVA Self-Financed Sponsored INR 1.6 Lakhs
