INI-SS Schedule for Open round for DM/M.Ch/MD (Hosp. Admn) courses January 2025 session from 12th February 2025

The INI-SS schedule of the open round for Institute allocation against applied subjects for admission to DM/MCh/MD courses for the January 2025 session has been published. The date of the Open round of Institute allocation for admission is from 12.02.2025 (Wednesday) by 05.00 pm to 18.02.2025 (Tuesday) by 05:00 pm.

INI-SS Online Registration & Submission Of Application Form

The candidate may register for the online “Open Round” latest by, 05:00 pm on Tuesday, 18th February 2025 on www.aiimsexams.ac.in.

How to Register?

To Register, you must go to www.aiimsexams.ac.in and select your desired course “DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Admin.)” under the “Academic Courses” tab. You can then click on the “Registration/Login” under General Links to proceed further to register.

After this, you must enter your Candidate ID and Password to login. After logging in, on “My Page” click on the “Online Seat Allocation” link. It is also required to create new login credentials for those candidates who have not participated earlier in INI-SS January 2025 counseling. Candidates who have participated earlier may use old login credentials which were used in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd rounds of counseling.

INI-SS Deposit Fees

The candidate will have to deposit an amount of Three Lakh (3.0 Lakh) in the account of Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi through RTGS, NEFT, or any other electronic Mode of payment. No candidate will be considered for Open round counseling without prior willingness/registration, a deposit of three Lakh (03.00 Lakh) & uploading of such payment receipts.

Eligibility for Open Round

Candidates who have appeared in INI-SS for the January 2025 session held on Friday, the 25 th October 2024, and obtained the following will be provisionally eligible (subject to other criteria) to participate in the Open Round of Institute Allocation: -

• All participating candidates having obtained 50% OR above marks are eligible for the Open round of Institute allocation
• Allocation of institutes will be done according to their merit in AML & CML.
• Candidates who applied for General seats will be eligible only for General seats and applied for sponsored seats will be eligible only for sponsored seats.
• There will be no merging of seats from general to sponsored or sponsored to general
• Eligibility for AIIMS New Delhi & other AIIMS, Candidates should mandatorily be on AIIMS Merit List
• Candidates who have held a seat at any Institute in the previous round are not eligible for this Open round.
