IIM Kashipur Hosts Press Conference on New Education Policy on July 22; Check Details Here

New Delhi: The Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur held a press conference on July 22, 2023 at its main campus in Kashipur (Uttarakhand) to discuss various initiatives being carried out by the institute in line with New Education Policy (NEP 2020). 

The Institute was represented by Prof. Kunal K. Ganguly, Dean (Development) of IIM Kashipur, who also gave a press briefing on the Institute's goals and objectives for New Education Policy.

Speaking at this event, he highlighted IIM Kashipur's efforts under the NEP Policy and noted that the institute places a lot of attention on the coordination of theory and fieldwork, which is yielding positive outcomes. 

Speaking to the media, Prof Ganguly said that the NEP policy places a strong emphasis on the value of skill development. In addition to this, it offers crucial steps towards building a dynamic and competitive educational ecosystem in the nation. 

Adding to the statement, he shared that this will undoubtedly equip students with the skills they need to adapt to emerging technologies and shifting job markets. IIM Kashipur has secured its position among the top 20 management schools in India as a result of these successful efforts.

It should be mentioned that the Indian government plans to commemorate the third anniversary of the New Education Policy in New Delhi the following week, from July 29 to 30, 2023.
