Over 30 recruiters, including Accenture Strategy, Capgemini, Aditya Birla Capital, and PhonePe, offered diverse HR roles across multiple sectors, reaffirming IIM Indore’s strong industry connect and excellence in management education.

Indian Institute of Management, IIM Indore, has successfully concluded the final placement process for the Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM) for the 2023–25 batch, achieving 100% placements for all 32 participants. The season witnessed participation from over 30 recruiters across diverse sectors such as Consulting, BFSI, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Logistics, and IT/ITES. The highest CTC stood at INR 40 LPA, while the average CTC was INR 25 LPA, and the median CTC reached INR 24 LPA.
The placement statistics highlight impressive outcomes across the cohort. The Top 10% students secured an average of INR 38.3 LPA, and the Top 25% students received an average of INR 30 LPA. The remaining 50% students acquired an average INR 29.3 LPA.
In terms of roles, 43% of students were placed as Management Trainees, HR, 20% in Executive and Officer HR positions, 17% as HR Managers (General and Associate), 10% as HR Business Partners and Analysts, and 10% as Project Managers across HR and marketing functions.

Prominent recruiters included Accenture Strategy, Capgemini, Aditya Birla Capital, JSW, Samsung Research, BPCL, ICICI Bank, and PhonePe, among others. Several new recruiters, such as Ola, Dr. Lal PathLabs, Pattern, Jakson, Solar Square, and Banas Dairy, joined the drive, broadening the range of opportunities for students.

The batch profile reflected strong diversity with an average age of 25 years and an average work experience of 12.5 months. Students hailed from varied academic backgrounds such as Commerce, Management, Engineering, Economics, Humanities, Science, Social Sciences, Journalism, and Advertising.
Professionally, participants brought experience from sectors including BFSI (29%), Education (29%), Manufacturing (14%), IT Consulting (14%), and Other domains (14%).

These stellar results reinforce IIM Indore’s strong industry connect and brand equity, showcasing the institute’s ability to nurture HR professionals who can seamlessly align people strategies with business goals and emerge as future leaders.
