IIM Amritsar MBA 2026-28 Third Offer List Out at admission.iimamritsar.ac.in; Check How to View Admission Status

The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar) has released the third offer list for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) 2026-28 batch. The list is available on the official admission portal at admission.iimamritsar.ac.in/mbalogin.

Shortlisted candidates can now log in using their registered credentials. They must check their admission status and complete the acceptance steps within the stated window. Candidates who received offers in the earlier rounds are not affected by this round.

This third list follows IIM Amritsar's final result declaration on May 8, 2026. Movement in waitlists during May 2026 led to fresh vacancies in the 2026-28 cohort. The institute has now extended offers to the next set of candidates from the existing waitlist.

How to Check the IIM Amritsar MBA Third Offer List?

Candidates must follow the steps below to view their admission status. The process uses the same login created during the application stage.

• Visit the official admission portal at admission.iimamritsar.ac.in/mbalogin.
• Enter the registered email ID and password.
• Open the dashboard and click on the admission status tab.
• Check whether an offer has been extended in the third round.
• Download the offer letter and review the acceptance instructions.

IIM Amritsar MBA Selection Process Snapshot

IIM Amritsar uses a two-stage selection process for the MBA programme. The first stage screens candidates on CAT 2025 percentiles across sections and overall score. Shortlisted applicants then attend the personal interview (PI) round.

The pre-PI score gives 50 percent weight to CAT, 15 percent to work experience, and 10 percent each to Class 10, Class 12 and gender diversity. Graduation marks carry the remaining 5 percent weight.

The post-PI score gives 70 percent weight to the personal interview. Work experience, gender diversity and academic diversity carry 10 percent each. The final composite uses 70 percent of pre-PI and 30 percent of post-PI scores.

About the IIM Amritsar MBA Programme

The MBA at IIM Amritsar is a full-time two-year residential programme in general management. The course runs across six terms with a summer internship between the first and second year.

The institute is one of the newer IIMs set up under the IIM Act, 2017. It currently operates from its transit campus while the permanent campus is being developed.

2. Read the offer letter and note the acceptance deadline carefully.
3. Keep all academic certificates, ID proof and CAT scorecard ready.
4. Arrange the acceptance fee through the prescribed online payment mode.
5. Obtain the medical fitness certificate before the June 15 deadline.
6. Submit the signed acceptance form within the stated window.
