IIIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2026-27 Begins @iiitd.ac.in; Apply by April 13

The IIIT Delhi has commenced the application process for its M.Tech programmes for the academic session 2026–27. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website until April 13, 2026.

As per the official schedule, the application process began on March 16, 2026. The institute will conduct an Open House session in online mode on March 27, 2026, to guide prospective applicants. The admit cards for CSE and CSE-Research programmes, along with interview calls for ECE (Non-GATE and CB candidates), will be released on April 20, 2026.

The PGCAT-IIITD examination for CSE and CSE-Research programmes is scheduled to be held on May 3, 2026. Interviews for various programmes, including ECE and CB, will take place on May 7, 2026. The first merit list, along with Round 1 seat allotment, will be published on May 18, 2026.

IIIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2026-27: Important Dates

As per the withdrawal and refund policy, candidates who withdraw their admission on or before the specified date (till 5 PM) will receive a full refund of the fees after a deduction of ₹1,000. However, if the withdrawal is made after the deadline, only ₹10,000 will be refunded as the security deposit.
