IBSAT 2025 Registration Extended Till December 25; Exam Takes Place on December 27–28; Apply Now

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education has extended the registration deadline for IBSAT 2025. Candidates can now apply till December 25, 2025, for admission to MBA/PGDM and PhD programs offered at various  ICFAI Business School (IBS) campuses. The IBSAT 2025 exam will be conducted online on December 27 and 28, 2025.

IBSAT is a national-level computer-based aptitude test for management aspirants. Scores of CAT, XAT,  GMAT, and  NMAT (from 2023 onwards) are also accepted in place of IBSAT.

The IBSAT 2025 application fee is ₹1,800, which includes the cost of the IBSAT Bulletin. Candidates can purchase the bulletin either online while applying or directly from IBS marketing offices by paying the required fee.

IBSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For MBA/PGDM (2-Year Management Programs)

• Graduation in any discipline with 50% or more marks.
• Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).
• The medium of instruction should be English.
• Candidates without English medium must submit TOEFL/NELT/IELTS scores by May 31, 2026.
• Final-year students are eligible, provided graduation is completed by May 31, 2026.

For a PhD in Management:

• Graduation with 50% marks and post-graduation with 55% marks in Management or allied disciplines from a UGC-recognised university, or
• Professional qualifications such as CA/CMA/CS/CFA with 55% marks.
• Candidates not from the English medium must submit language test scores by May 31, 2026.

IBSAT 2025  Selection Process

• Candidates are shortlisted based on IBSAT 2025 or CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT scores.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process in February 2026.
• The process includes:
• Micro Presentation
• Personal Interview
• Final admission is based on academic record and performance in the selection rounds.
   

IBSAT 2025 Fee Structure (Per Annum)

• IBS Hyderabad (MBA): ₹8.505 lakhs
• IBS Bengaluru (MBA): ₹6.525 lakhs
• IBS Dehradun (MBA): ₹3.51 lakhs
• IBS Jaipur (MBA): ₹4.005 lakhs
• PGPM (Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune): ₹4.545 lakhs
   

IBSAT 2025 - How to Apply?

1. Apply online through the IBSAT application portal.
2. Enter personal and contact details.
3. Pay the application fee of ₹1,800.
4. Receive confirmation by email.
5. The IBSAT Bulletin will be sent by post within one week.
    

Alternatively, candidates can purchase the application form directly from the IBS marketing offices by paying the fee in cash.
