GIM Goa MBA Admissions 2026-28 Open; Apply from October 23

Goa Institute of Management (GIM) has officially opened admissions for its PGDM programmes for the 2026-28 batch. Candidates can apply online starting from October 23, 2025, with the final deadline on January 2, 2026. Admission at GIM is strictly merit-based, with no donations, reservations, or management quota. The institute has also released the PGDM fee structure for the upcoming batch.

Applicants for PGDM (BDA) and International Double Degree (IDA) programmes must appear for the GAAT on 1st February 2026. Dates for the Written Aptitude Test (WAT) will be announced later.

Eligibility Criteria for GIM Goa MBA

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST category). Those in the final year of their degree and completing all requirements by June 2026 are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the minimum marks in their latest examination.

GIM accepts scores from CAT 2025, XAT 2026, and GMAT exams taken between January 1, 2024, and January 15, 2026. GMAT scores must be sent via GMAC by January 31, 2026, using the GIM code 6VN-62-51.

GIM Goa MBA Admission 2026 - How to Apply

Applicants need to register and verify their email ID on the official GIM online application portal. All communications will be sent to this email until enrolment is complete, and changes are not allowed. For any queries, candidates are advised to use the GIM Ticketing System available on their dashboard for faster responses rather than emailing directly.

The online application requires payment of the application fee, which varies depending on the number of programmes applied for and the application round. Candidates should check deadlines carefully to ensure timely submission.

GIM Goa MBA Application Fee Details

The application fee varies with the round and the number of programmes applied for. For the First Mover round, fees range from INR 1,750 for one programme to INR 3,000 for four programmes. Fees increase slightly in the Early Bird and Achiever Rounds, with the final fee for the last date being INR 2,750 for one programme and INR 4,250 for four programmes. 18% GST is applicable on all fees.
