The IISc Bangalore will shortly announce the GATE 2024 Notification in August 2023. Candidates willing to appear for the GATE 2024 must keep a note of the registration dates and exam dates to seek admission to various MTech courses.
New Delhi: IISc Bangalore has released the GATE 2024 notification shortly in the month of August. Aspiring candidates can access the exam notification, eligibility criteria, and exam dates on the official website @gate.iisc.ac.in.
The GATE 2024 notification provides comprehensive information about the application process, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus and other relevant details. It is essential for candidates to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for IISc Bangalore GATE 2024.
The GATE 2024 exam dates has also been announced on the official website along with the official notification. The GATE entrance exam is conducted to offer MTech Admission at various IITs, and several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
The GATE 2024 examination will tentatively be conducted on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. It will be conducted online as a computer-based test consisting of 65 questions to be solved within 180 minutes / 3 hours.
According to a notice released on the official website; GATE 2024 Registration process is expected to begin from August 24, 2023. Candidates will be able to register till September 29, 2023.

The GATE 2024 examination is held in various cities throughout India, including selected cities in Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore, and the UAE. Candidates can follow the step-by-step guide below to complete the GATE Application Form:

- A new-two paper combination has been introduced from 2024.

- Candidate's signature (File size should be between 2KB and 150KB)
- Scanned copy of the Eligibility Certificate in pdf format (Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate or Certificate from the Head of the Department/ Institute (format specified in Appendix A of the Information Brochure) (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Category (SC/ST) certificate if applicable (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- PwD Certificate if applicable (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Dyslexic Certificate if applicable (File size should be between 10KB and 300KB)
- Identity Document* (ID)
- Net-banking/debit card/credit card details for fee payment
- Valid Identity Document: Passport/ PAN card/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar-UID/ College ID/ Employee ID/ Driving License
